The hotel was really the awfullest in my life, damages, spots on the walls and towels, damaged furniture. The pictures don't coincide with reality. Half of the pics are made to attract attention. You are not allowed to bring any food in your room, there was nothing about it on booking. There were several cracks and holes in the walls. The curtains are dirty...broken tiles on the floor... The bathroom lamp was broken. The floor was dirty all the time, even after the cleaning. In the evening you couldn't open the room without the phone light, because it was dark in the hall. When someone took a shower in the neighboring room, water became cold. There is no sound insulation. every step and conversation is audible. The owners said it is their best room... They couldn't change it to another of the same category. So, they received the whole sum in advance, it was impossible to leave the hotel. Also, during the day they waited after guests were absent and opened every room and went through inside. It was absolutely unprivately. We were awakened with the sound of broken glass every early morning. The hall ceiling has mold and broken unsafe pieces that could fall on your head. P.S. After the owners received my feedback, they didn't apologize, but we're rude and insulted me in front of my child.

The hotel downstairs was nicely decorated, the outdoor area was really nice too. The hotel staff were lovely and accommodating. The rooms were small but functional as was the bathroom. Was nice to have a balcony. The rooms were clean, the water was hot and the beds were comfy. Great location off the busy main road but close enough to have easy access to everything like shops, beach and restaurants. The walls were thin, and the room door had a gap down the side, you couldn't see through it but it was not sound proof. Our neighbours were a bit noisy so that didn't help but any doors that were unlocked or shut were heard loudly.

Close location to the beach and station. The rooms were quiet and had proper air con. Clean rooms as well. I liked that the room had a balcony too! Nothing in particular, everything was good :) maybe it would be nice to have a mini fridge to keep drinks such as water cool while away.

I really enjoyed the location - in a quiet neighbourhood, a few minutes away from railway station and the beach. Though quite far from the free public beach. Our room had a big terrace and the room itself was spacious. The towels were new and soft, the bed was really comfortable, quite firm. The wifi was really great. The breakfast was really bland. Totally hated the hair dryer. Air conditioning was rather poor - more noise than power.

The only thing to like was the male recepsionist that was very responsive to the noticed problems. The kitchen staff was very nice, as were the cleaning ladies. - the breaskfast: we stayed for 6 nights and it was the same evryday: fritatata with peas(straight from the freezer), boiled eggs, salame milano and prosciutto cotto and one type of cheese etc. Worst breakfast I saw at a hotel (please notice, this was our fourth time here - previous years breakfast was better) -first room: air conditioning above child bed( so we couldn't let it run at night), some pipes going through the pavement so we had nonstop floor heating in July (really not cool, we cpuldn't sleep because of the heat) After complaining the first time, nothing changed, they said they have no more rooms(but they had availability on booking). The second time, different receptionist, he changed the room with a better one(no floor heating and ac not above child bed), but a great pile of ants in the bathroom. They applied a discound for the incinvenience on the beach payment(we paid 54eur instead of 72) Overall experience: I would not recomment if traveling with children. Services were better in the past. For the same amount of money ( approx 130eur/night) you can sure find something with better services

Great hotel with a perfect location, close to the beach and metro station. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful

Great room, nice location!

Location was ideal for train station and the beach. Breakfast was good in quality - not a huge selection. Room was dated and beds a little uncomfortable. Blind did not fully cover the window, so a lot of daylight in room.

Great location for going to the beach or to the train station. Very friendly staff. Great value for money. It was a little bit older

The location was great, quiet, a the same time close to the beach. The breakfast was extremely reach and delicicios. I didn’t like the bathroom. It looked quite worn and outdated, which made me feel that it wasn’t as clean as I would have expected.

The hotel is very comfortable and has a excellent lobby for relaxing after a day. The neighbourhood is also very nice to be in. You are a few minutes from the very busy beach areas. Nothing
