The property was in a good central location within easy access to the beach. The property was clean and the staff were very helpful, especially reception and Andreas in the dining area. The food was lovely and of good value. The room was very small with limited walk around space. The balcony although looked towards the beach was small and felt claustrophobic, not really very private. There was no parking available after being under the impression there would be free parking. We only got parking on the last night and was charged 10 euros for this.

The best part is stuff and god position. To close to beach bars and you cant avoid loud music and breakfast is not on level 4* hotel.

The location, the room size, the stuff. The fact that you needed to pay extra for the use of the indoor swimming pool and that as a family with kids, we couldn't enter it in the evening.

They upgraded our room to one with a sea view free of charge. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Room had thin walls, so you can hear noises from the hall and other rooms.

Nothing except position of hotel. I newer saw 4* hotel like that. It can not be 1*, if you ask me NO STAR. Breakfast was poor and simple, eggs cold. Room was very small with narrow corridor, old (renovation needed long time ago), bed was small, without winter cover, just with cover for winter quilt. TV was small, and obliquely placed. Wall had holes from last tv and shelve. Bathroom was old strangely arranged sink almost over toilet. Shower wall was made like kids was playing. Part of shower wall was with the rust. Hotel lift is so slow that 10 minute wait for it is likely.
