+ Menu is very good, you're bombarded with the Italian cuisine at its peak. + Staff is professional and pleasant to work with, as well as having a big heart. - Booking did not mention the air conditioning required a fee, causing an initial confusion. But it's not an issue if fixed. - Beds can feel a bit hard at first, but then it fixed my back pain! - Bed pillows were a tad uncomfortable, big but slim, but having them doubled fixed the issue. (We didn't ask but they delivered, how nice!)

Nice and friendly staff, fair price, good location. Room was looking to a construction, no fridge and even though I asked to do not disturb the cleaning service was keep coming.

There was an AC which was working very well. There was bide in the toilet. I booked a double bed but it was two single bed near each other. We can't sleep so well because the beds can separate easily from each other. Unfortunately there was not a hair dryer in the room.

location close to the beach wifi was from a not verified (insecure) website, so my computer did not allow me to use it. in sum, I couldn't use the hotel's wifi and no solution was offered by the staff, which was terrible because I had to work from the hotel. The air conditioner did not work all the time (it only works during specific hours), which was unpleasant given it was very hot on those days.

I liked the staff. They were really welcoming and friendly The music is very loud from the streets, and our room was overlooking a parking lot and trash.

very close to the beach. the staff was very nice and accommodating when we arrived much earlier than expected. The food was good and the price was very reasonable! everything was great. at night there is a bar nearby that plays loud music.

location, price, facilities. we ordered a twin room, requesting specifically twin beds. The room had a double and a single bed. The single had no sheets or pillow case. We arrived late, ate straight away so got in our room close to midnight only to find one of us had to sleep under towels to keep warm. Not good.
