Great hotel ran by a lovely family. Perfect location for a long weekend in Rimini. Great breakfast. Pool fantastic. Rooms good size and very clean. It was perfect.

Nice and cosy Hotel! Kids playground was very dirty. Breakfast lacks savoury options. Parking is for additional price. If there is space you can park for free on the street nearby. But on booking.com it's marked as free parking.

The hotel in general is very nice We had a very small room, nothing like the ones on the pictures we saw on booking.com They offered a bigger one for higher price Except this everything was very good

Nice looking property from outside with a great pool, space for sitting outside for breakfast/lunch and refreshments. Inside was spacious and clean and well laid out. The staff were friendly and really cared about their hotel and provided a first class service. Nothing - we had the choice to move into a slightly larger room but our room was perfect with a pool view balcony and a good sized bathroom. If you are only sleeping and washing at the room then ideal.

very friendly staff, the pool area is nice althought there aren’t many sun loungers. Very close to the beach, about 3min walk. Overall very pleased with the hotel

The breakfast could be much better. There are not enough variety of food and all days they serve the same thing, which is really bad for someone staying for a week for example, having to each same things all days. The scrambled eggs had a lot of oil and same thing for the bacon, which is not good. The cakes were very dry.

Not far from the sea Contradictory info given by the personnel, the brunette at the reception should learn smiling and answering properly to the client...., very noisy it was as if we were in the same room as our neighbours. Pet friendly ok but not when systematically at breakfast you have dogs barking at each others and masters doing nothing,, not ideal when you just woke up....not enough variety at breakfast...Pool too small and literally on the road. People can see you swimm
