Absolutely incredible hotel. Nice rooms, excellent staff, who go above and beyond with their service. I had my wedding reception also in their meeting room, which was exceptional. The staff were amazing, especially Sylvia, who helped me with my wedding plans from start to finish. I had 6 rooms booked at this hotel, and travelled from UK, with family, and had an amazing time, all thanks to the hotel staff who made my day even more special with their support. Rooms were spacious and clean. Thank you very much for all the help. Loved it all. I have nothing bad to say about this hotrl or its staff.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the hotel itself was in a great location and the rooms were also very nice. The bathroom for the single room was a bit small and often water from the shower would go everywhere.

the best value for money in this region. i was a bit afraid why it is so cheap, but everything was perfect. the rooms, place and staff. the rooms were super clean and spacious, fridge included and the bathroom was separate, unlike most of the hotels in this region. very nice design of rooms amd common areas. staff professional and helpful. the best i had from all 5 hotels in region. i totally recommend

The location of the hotel is very convenient and in very close proximity to the beach. It is only 20 minutes walk from the train station as well. Breakfast is buffet style including hot and cold food. Small room, filthy bathroom, no facilities Very limited WiFi

The hotel is not a 4 stars hotel and it should not be advertice as that. It is old, awful, noisy and the staf is not kind at all. The sink was broken and I could not even brush my teeth and the room was cold. I do not know how it is possible that an hotel like that can be a 4 stars hotel. I did not like anythings and will ask booking for a refound
