Very nice hotel in great location. Just few steps from the beach and central. Hotel have a private parking which is most important in Rimini if you plan to come with car(impossible to find street parking) Stuff is very friendly and helpful, especially guy from reception. Atmosphere is very nice and friendly. Recommendation for the hotel, definitely I will come again. Rooms needs a kind of renovation, very old furniture but this was not problem for me.

Close to the beach, basic facilities but did the job for one night stay. The walls at this hotel are ridiculously thin! We could hear everything from the next door room. Sadly they were very noisy guests, lots of shouting and playing loud music late in to the night and then early in the morning. I banged on the wall to ask them to be quiet, and I was scared my fist would go through the wall given how thin they are!

Staff was helpful when a member of the group fell ill. Reception was manned 24/7. No kettle in the room. Breakfast was mostly sweet food, and they could not provide a bowl for cereal.

The property has a private parking lot with fences. It is close to the beach and the boulevard. The staff is very nice and helpful and always available. The beds we’re very clean and overall the room too. Both the room and the bathroom had a window I’m quite a tall guy, which made showering less comfortable. Also, it had a shower curtain. But never the less; it was very pleasant to shower anyway.

The staff were very friendly. Clean and quiet. Fast wifi. Good stay overall (: The air conditioning stopped working after one night.

Very good location in Rimini, close to the beach and the main street lined with restaurants and stores. Room was nice, not too big but clean, with enough space for wardrobe and a good desk. Bathroom very very very small, with improvised shower area behind the door. Really smart use of space, but very small. Everything was clean and well kept. Excellent WiFi. Breakfast was basic, but I'm sure in the full season when they have more guests they do a better job. All in all you get what you pay for, good value for your money.
