The view from the second floor was nice, breakfast was tasteful and diverse, staff was friendly, we received clean towels. The wardrobe was broken, the bathroom was too small, all the furniture was old.

It was clean and a suitable size for two, very good for the price. The shower pressure was slightly weak and the lack of toiletries they give you.

Friendly front desk staff, easy to check in, Front desk staff share local information. The bathroom is not clean (there are strands of hair on the floor), there are small insects under the pillow (maybe a coincidence).

Excellent location, around 100 meters from the beach and about 4 minutes from the train station by metromare bus. Breakfast was plentiful, and overall the hotel was clean. The best part was the free bicycles which makes the Rimini experience about x10 better. Rooms were a bit cramped.

Very clean and welcoming place with friendly hosts. Arrived late but the night housekeeper opened the door and welcomed me. I didn’t take the breakfast so cannot say much. When I asked for an iron they gave it to me without a problem. The room was a but with a smell of moisture, but the building is old so I guess it is hard to change it

The location was quite good. It was near the beach. Everything in the property was very disappointing. The rooms are very small and dirty. Old, unclean and dusty furniture. The bed was not comfortable. The double bed had 2 matress. This created a gab between them. The chair was broken. The airconditioner didn’t work properly. It was hot in the room. The bathrooms were very dirty. Disgusting. Beside this, the bathrooms are extremely small. You hit everything when entering the bathroom. We had to change one of the rooms because it had a very bad smell.
