It was in a good location and the staff were really nice and helpful. The room was small and a bit dated. The beds weren’t the most comfortable. Although the breakfast was on til 11am most of the food was gone by 10am and not replenished when later riser guests came in.

The friendly Reception and restaurant Staff. The facilities mentioned in the Website are not real. No swimming pools no Fitness facility, etc.

Great breakfast and receptionist really tried to help The room was insecure. Balcony door did not lock. We were moved to another room but only after having to argue that it was not acceptable to have to sleep in an insecure room. The gym and pool area were closed for maintenance without us being informed

The breakfast was fantastic! Lots of food options, the staff were attentive and the hours were convenient. The air conditioner was wonderful to have, especially with the extreme temperatures. Claudia at the reception desk made my last few hours in Rimini very enjoyable. She was very friendly and helpful with a beach reservation and holding my luggage until the train departure later in the afternoon. It was also nice to have a small refrigerator in the room, the lighting was fine and the bed was comfortable. The location to Tortuga Beach and a Metromare train stop was very convenient as well as to several restaurants and small shops. The facilities need updating. The worst part of the facilities was the folding shower door that seemed not have been used in a while because it was stuck on the track. I caught my finger trying to close it because I had to pull on it really hard. The room and floors were quite dusty. Thank goodness I didn't depend on the WiFi because it was terrible. The TV was small which was OK but only a couple of channels were actually accessible. The walls and doors are thin so noisy guests talking and kids running in the hallway were disruptive. The main elevator didn't seem to be stopping at all the floors the day I left. The exercise machines on the rooftop are in the same space as the solarium, so exposed to outside temperatures. The area was free for all guests to visit from 9:00am - 3:00pm; but after that, there was a fee for adults to use or visit the facilities or just to enjoy the partial view of the beach.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location right next to the beach had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. First of all, the breakfast was exactly the same every single day, with no variety at all. To make matters worse, the pillows in our room had a bad smell, which is unacceptable for a hotel.”

My stay was unacceptable. First, despite paying for a sea view, I was downgraded to an inner courtyard room with no apology. Worse, money was stolen from my wallet by housekeeping on my final day. I had left my bag closed in a specific spot; when I returned, the bag had been moved and the cash was gone. I had been leaving generous tips for the cleaning staff throughout my stay, which makes this betrayal of trust particularly cruel and inhumane. When I reported the theft at the reception, the staff simply dismissed me, saying, "No, there’s nothing we can do about it," showing zero interest in security or guest well-being. Do not stay here if you value your property.

The staff were wonderful and very friendly. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel is close to the beach. Everything was great! The rooms were clean and well-maintained. There is also a bus stop nearby, making it easy and quick to get to the center of Rimini. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located one block back from the sea – in a rather noisier part of Rimini. The building is a bit old, and the room is small but adequate. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There were ants in my room, number 226. The breakfast selection was only for early risers; by 8.30 the containers were empty.
