Hotel Continental Rimini

Hotel is not the best place for small infant. As room for child open only few hours at the evening. You cannot spent time with your child during hot day in summer. Room is very small as well as bathroom. Hotel don't have direct way to beach and you have to go via road with car. During summer when the hotel is fully booked you can wait 10-15 mins for elevator.

Good location. Smaller room than expected but was clean and comfortable.

The swimming pool and the spiaggia were not open

There was a sort of cushioned bench in the room. This was very nice and better then a chair only. Very limited toiletries and accommodations in the room. There were no tissues! Sounds trite but I wish I had known. .

Modern and clean hotel, comfortable large beds and good breakfast. Balcony on the side with view of the city and beach. Also has a swimming pool. Even though it was very busy staff tries to accommodate your wishes. Really popular with families, which meant it was very noisy in the main hall with kids.

it was very clean close to many resturants nice beach.Good Breakfast only complaint checkout too early and no shower facilities to use after early checkout when you have a late flight . only alrernative is to pay 50 euro to keep the room for 4 hrs . but to only keep the room because you need a shower is way to much

Great place to stay with kids. Pool is great and the beach is right in front of the hotel. They offer several perks for children, which improves the overall experience. Staff is very kind and helpful.

Many of the employees speak German and English. Dinner is different every day. Lobby employees are vwry nice and helpful. The hotel administration goes into the room without the client's permission and shows the hotel room to strangers and other clients without the owner's knowledge. Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience in this case. I think that it is necessary to talk to the client who is staying in this room and get permission to show the room to other people. This is considered a violation of the client's personal sphere and his rights. This is undermines the professional trust of the client.

Except for the management, all the staff are very polite. The hotel's location is very nice. The sea is pleasant, and you can enjoy a delightful breakfast When you read the reviews here, you might see some very positive comments about the hotel; however, these reviews do not apply to every room and do not reflect the reality. You should especially remember that the hotel has different types of rooms. If you book a room with bunk beds for adults, your vacation could turn into a nightmare, and the hotel management clearly does not care. We stayed at Continental Hotel Rimini for three nights through Booking.com and had the worst vacation experience of our lives. The room provided for four adults was actually suitable for two adults and two children. Therefore, the room with a bunk bed and a double bed was far below our expectations. It was not suitable for four adults. Upon arrival, we immediately realized that the room photos were misleading. The width of the bunk bed was so narrow that turning around during the night was impossible, and the beds were incredibly thin. These beds were definitely unsuitable for adults. We arrived with five suitcases for four adults, but there was only space for one suitcase in the room. We had to cram one suitcase into the wardrobe and spread out the other four suitcases on the floor. With only 50 cm of space between the double bed and other items, moving around the room was nearly impossible. This situation seriously endangered our safety in case of a fire or emergency. Due to the door in the room, we could hear conversations from the adjacent room clearly. Apparently, the hotel had converted an old suite room into two small rooms by closing off the middle, and furnished these rooms with bunk beds to accommodate four people. The hotel photos used wide-angle lenses to make the rooms look spacious, but the actual situation was a complete fiasco. The furniture quality of the room did not match the photos at all. The room we stayed in was number 144. We immediately reported all these issues to the hotel management, and their responses were a complete disappointment.
