The location was excellent—close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel had a charming and clean appearance. I appreciated the peaceful neighborhood and the bright, cozy atmosphere of the room. To be honest i enjoyed my stay and dident dislike anything.

From the moment I rolled my suitcase through the lobby doors, the staff had that easy-going, “we’ve-got-you” vibe that sets the tone for the whole stay. Check-in took maybe two minutes and housekeeping greeted me by name each morning. Every question like extra towels, late checkout, where to watch the sunset, where to grab lunch was answered with genuine enthusiasm, never that scripted hotel patter. The room itself was clean and comfy, sure, but the real win here is the people: they turn an overnight stop into the kind of place you actually look forward to coming back to.

The staff is very friendly, they speak many languages so you wont have a problem with communication, plus they are always willing to help. The prices are not abussive especially considering they are 3 minutes away from the ocean and have many restaurants around. The area around the hotel is safe, so going out or staying out late is not a problem. The bedrooms are great, always clean and fresh (the staff clearly explains how to use the air conditioning). The breakfast (not always included) has got a good variety adapting to everybody, its pretty complete and very accessible

The Hotel Malibu isn't pretending to be anything else but a budget hotel. There are no frills but the bed is comfortable, the room is clean and it is right next to the beach and the Metromare public transport. The lady at the front counter is absolutely lovely and was helpful. The place is looking tired with peeling paint, old furniture and bedclothes in need of replacement. The walls of the hotel are very thin, so I could hear every word of the loud telephone conversations of the guy in the room next door.

Friendly staff and good location. Nearby are shops, cafes, restaurants, and a public transport stop. 3 minutes to the beach. Bed linen and towels are white and clean. Daily cleaning. Parking is on the territory and we were not charged for parking. Free coffee was served daily. The furniture is a little old, but the comfort is not affected. I recommend.
