It is close to the beach. In case you need a car parking don’t forget to arrange this well in advance.

The hotel was nice and clean The lady who we presume is the owner was a little sharp and kept talking to us in German. We pointed out we were English she said she knew but kept on in German. The bed was a brick

Great location close to the beach, restaurants and public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Italian style breakfast was good, with fresh omelettes prepared on request. The hotel also provided beach towels and discount vouchers for sunbeds. Overall, a very good choice for a stay in Rimini. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was unstable and could be improved.

It's a lovely family-owned hotel. - Great location: you can walk from the hotel, great access by share cycles, quick walk to the beach front - Great breakfast: lots of traditional cakes, fruit, hams, eggs, etc., but especially those cakes - A bit old facilities, but very well-designed not to get direct sun into the room, a small balcony with good breeze, shower with good water pressure and hot water. Air-con worked well (although the function and temperature were fixed - it suited me perfectly) All in all, keeping the charm of 'another epoque' with warm welcome. Those who miss the good old time would love this small charming hotel. Nothing! - They made up the room every 2 days or so, but they can also introduce the system of 'no cleaning unless I ask for it' that is becoming the norm these days. This way, they can potentially reduce the cleaning cost/frequency. - Tea/coffee in the room would have been nice, but that's rather minor for me.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and near the beach, where they have their own section. Restaurants and bars nearby. Near beach, but a taxi ride to the railway station.
