The location and the private pool There was a really heavy perfume smell from the laundry in our room for the first day and we could not get rid of it

The location was great, the staff was kind, and the room was clean and spacious The only problem, which was a big one unfortunately, was the noise! It was always so loud, because there were mostly children in the hotel. At anytime day and night there was so much noise, you could barely sleep. I understand they are children, I’m just saying if you want to relax (as you should in vacation ) you can t do it here, maybe it was because of the period, I don’t know but it was disturbing, and I am sad because all the other things were very nice

Room upgrade and space: We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a superior room. The bathroom was also very spacious. In-room amenities: It was great to have a kettle and tea bags provided in the room. Great breakfast selection: The breakfast options were quite extensive and filling, featuring scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes), fresh fruit (melon, watermelon), rice cakes, bread, cakes, cheese, coffee, and soft drinks. Poor Wi-Fi connection: Unfortunately, the internet connection was very weak. We barely had one bar in the room (compared to full signal everywhere else during our trip), and in some spots, the Wi-Fi didn't work at all. Room wear and tear / cleanliness: The rooms are looking a bit tired and outdated, and the bottoms of the curtains were dirty. Inconvenient outlet placement: Even though there were two separate twin beds, there was a power outlet on only one side. Bathroom issues: The shower pressure was uneven, and the towel rail/heater did not heat up at all.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Excellent air conditioning! Free on-site parking is available, and when there were no spaces left there, we used the free, large parking lot nearby. The breakfast was excellent, with a very interesting selection of sandwiches, bread, and cakes. Among the hundreds of hotels in Rimini, this one is a special and affordable option. There is a train passing near the hotel, and a two-lane road ends there, all of which can be heard in the rooms if the balcony doors are open. The hotel was not fully occupied during our stay. The soundproofing is questionable, as during the night and early morning we could sometimes hear conversations from the hallway or neighboring rooms. Nevertheless, if we were to visit Rimini again, we would choose this hotel.

The room was very spacious and very clean, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The pool was large, clean, and at the perfect temperature. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we had any questions. /

We stayed for one night in the off-season and were lucky to find a free parking spot. From the moment we arrived, Matteo at the reception made our stay exceptional — he was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. He even offered us an upgrade to a more spacious room and took the time to clearly explain all hotel services, including parking, the spa, and breakfast options. The room itself was convenient and comfortable, with everything we needed for a short stay. Overall, it was a very good experience — Matteo’s outstanding hospitality truly made the difference! NA
