The mattress was a little bit hard and the air conditioner was noisy and a bit difficult to sleep with it's on

The host is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it for a short stay. You won't find a better place in Rimini.

What a gem this hotel is! Lovely, kind people. The room had everything I needed, and it was cleaned daily. The location is right off the promenade, but on a quiet street that smells like jasmine. Excellent value for money.

Very friendly staff, always there if you need any assistance. Fridge in the room and air conditioning. Breakfast was ok with some sweet and savoury options. I would have expected some brown bread too (not only white) and plain yogurt. Considering that it is a 3 stars hotel anyway, I can't rate it badly. Just more of a suggestion :)

A hotel to return to. Excellent location near the sea, perfect cleanliness, very good breakfasts. The hotel is run by a very nice couple, always ready to solve all your problems. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Good location, near the beach and main street, room comfy and clean.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They left a breakfast to go for us on the last day as we had to leave the hotel very early in the morning. The neibhourhood is peaceful and quiet despite It's just a few steps from the promenade. It's a perfect location for someone WHO wants to stay close to the busy promenade and the beach. The furniture and equipment of the hotel would require renovation and the Wi-Fi doesn't work very well in the room as it requires typing in the voucher code every several minutes and the internet gets disconnected.

Very friendly staff and owners. Smooth check-in and out. Clean hotel. Location in the lively (noisy) part of the city, if you like nightlife. Standard service for standard price. Nothing outstanding. Was able to get a double bed even for single occupancy (for full room price, of course). Aircondition unit taking half of the balcony. Aircondition against extra charge (daily). Very poor breakfast. Coffee against extra charge (this is really not acceptable in Italy). No salty option for breakfast. Towards 10hrs, the already small buffet was not refilled anymore. Breakfast room unfriendly. No convenient terrace to eat breakfast on (only a mini part in the reception area, where other people went to smoke). The associated beach was very crowded and full of noisy youngsters and families and with loud "lounge" music. No relax. I went to different beach.

Very welcoming owners, always with the smile and great attitude. Location of the hotel is also very good. Really small options at the breakfast table. Also, hairdryer should be at the room.
