good breakfast, typical Italien with lots of sweets, cakes & muffins but also very good salami HEAT UP the rooms, it was so cold that I had to sleep with a pullover and I am coming from the Swiss alps, so normally cold doesnt really bother me...

Food was great, the restaurant staff was nice as well. Parking space available for free, but it has limited size. Lack of information from the hotel reception about everything. You have to find everything out yourself by going to an information leaflet in the lift. All inclusive doesn't mean all inclusive! You book all inclusive and at the end of the trip, you find out that they charged you for every drink from the lobby bar. Nobody told us anything in advance about All INCLUSIVE not having drinks included and nobody told us we will be charged extra. ALL INCLUSIVE = FULL BOARD in this hotel, don't pay extra. Very thin walls, you can understand people's discussion behind the wall and can't sleep in the night because of their snoring. Hotel full of barking dogs and it's disgusting to eat next to a table, where there is a dog sitting literally on the chair and table.

They insisted on cleanliness, the people were nice and their service was good. We used their agreement with the beach administrators (we chose beach no. 79 which is 50m away from the hotel). They helped us with the parking lot as well. The breakfast!!! We had nothing to eat! Nichts, nada, niente! Literally!!! On paper, it was included. A 'good' one. In reality, it was NULL!!! And I am not talking here about the lack of fancy food, poor quality, or small quantities. If your breakfast does not consist of cereals, cookies, or 'plastic things', you will have almost nothing left. Only some dry bread, a few slices of ham and the thinnest slices of cheese I have EVER seen. No eggs, no vegetables, no fruits, no common food. You have to pay extra or buy your food from somewhere else! We tried at different hours (between 7:30 and 10), the same problem! I made pictures with their 'offer' and I will raise a complaint to Booking. It is the first time something like this happed to us. And it is such a pity: besides this unpleasant 'surprise', it was a very nice location. It is a BIG management problem!!! WiFi is very, VERY slow, but ... it is something common in Italy. So, nothing particular to this location.

The stuff was vert friendly ans always helpful. The cleanliness was amazing, even though the room was small the balcony and the perfectly clean bathroom makes up for it. Breakfast could include more fresh food such as fruits etc. That is the only thing.
