That is was located close by the beach Wifi was verry bad, the building is outdated

Not clean, poor wifi, uncleaned pool, not like the pictures, you can find something better for this price, absolutely not 4star hotel

The breakfast was okay. The staff were friendly and efficient. It's a classic looking hotel with some charm. The room was adequate. The reception area is quite comfortable. The area surrounding the hotel is very busy and noisy and you can hear it from your room if you are close to the street. The hotel interior of the rooms are in need of some upgrading.

They charge 30 reais for storage the bags even if is a short time. I asked for an iron and they not supply this request. They check in my room to another guest and I woke up with Someone in my room.

Nothing Old furniture Old elevator Same breakfast everyday Dusty reception When we arrived May 18th the staff / cleaning lady was being accused of stealing 50 reais from client while cleaning the room which made us feel unsafe during our stay.

Only location is good . It is old, dated , everything seems to have come out from the 80’s … furniture old and tired , no sockets near the bed , Ac System very noisy and flat screen TV too small . It should have been rated as 2 star. Internet connection terrible .

Nothing Bed was small and not confirtable. I asked for 1 bed and was given 2 small. Front desk wanted my to fillout a endless form both papers and on line.

I don’t like The place is different from the photos; everything is old and dirty.

I had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com and arrived at the hotel late at night, only to be told by the front desk that there were no rooms available. Despite having a valid booking confirmation, I was refused check-in and left without accommodation. The staff did not offer any real solution, alternative room, or assistance, just told me they were fully booked. This was extremely stressful, especially arriving late at night and relying on a confirmed reservation. What is the point of confirming bookings if the hotel cannot honor them. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious. This situation can easily happen to you as well.

Location Furniture styled in the 70s, and not updated since. You can hear all other apartments from bathroom Wardrobe doors broken One electric outlet in the room Needs a full restyle.

Staff & Restaurant. GAVE ME A dirty, rancid smell ROOM. VERY OLD... NOISE AC. Never AC.

Room assigned was like an improvised room, pool and gym was just open the room door. Lots of noise there and we have to up to the room by stairs last floor and elevator work until one floor under our room

Old building, the room has a small sauna!!! The A/C is on all the time, after you set up the general kee aside the main door. Price should be less, I paid US$ 80.00 from 10 PM to 8 AM!!!
