Superb location, great breakfast, clean rooms, nothing to complain about, I would stay here again because of the fair price and marvelous views. I asked the front desk employee to add an additional day to my stay, he replied, guests are to open the booking.com app to do the process themselves , there’s no more above and beyond service in hotels anymore.

Location was excellent as so was the breakfast The hotel need a serious renovation, windows don't close, doors are warped, sinks and showers drain super slow, baseboards and trims are falling off. With some upkeep this could be a great hotel, sadly at the moment is not

Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Decor is drab and lacking… could benefit from a decorator. Maintenance is needed. Damaged and worn furniture. Phone not working in first room. Elevator interior was damaged.

The facility looks old and run down. The bathroom doors banged every time y open then. The toilet had water on the floor all the time. The magnifying mirror all rusted. The curtains were old and off the track. The pool area had old furniture, not comfortable at all. The breakfast was amazing. It was an expensive stay for us☹️☹️. I will not recommend to my friends. The location is amazing. See the above comments. The tour packages were outrageous. We did a private tour with a taxi for half the price and much more comfortable.

I enjoy the view from the pool, which overlooks Copa Cabana Beach. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Copa Cabana, close to restaurants, bars, buffets, and stores. During my check-in, I presented them with my booking confirmation email, which included the type of room I had booked and the amount the hotel had already charged. The staff proceeded to charge me the full amount for the room. However, they informed me that I had received an upgrade to a different room, which I hadn’t requested. Initially, I had booked two queen-sized beds, but the staff provided me with a room that had three twin beds and a queen-sized bed. I went to complain about this the next day, but the staff refused to switch my room. Additionally, the queen-sized bed was actually two twin beds placed together, which kept separating them, making it difficult for me to get a good night’s sleep. To ensure my toddler’s comfort, I had to connect the three twin beds and the other two together. Furthermore, the bathroom had mold, and I showed them a picture of it. The staff who had handled my check-in, who seemed to be the only one fluent in English, consistently avoided addressing the issues I had and refused to change my room to the one I had booked. By the third day, the staff finally decided to change my room to something I hadn’t requested. This was because I had been complaining to them in front of a long line of people. They informed me that the hotel had no more rooms available, but I questioned how they could accommodate more than ten people in that line. As a result, they changed my room to a queen-sized bed and a twin bed, which I ultimately decided not to take because I needed two queen-sized beds. Another issue I encountered was the poor quality of the cleaning. While they did make my bed, the bathroom and the floor were dirty and unhygienic. Additionally, the water inside the fridge was not free.

Leaving Cleanliness, didn’t get the room I paid for, hidden charges, value for the money, overall quality of facilities and the room.

Had a long layover in Rio so got a room to be able to relax for the day at the hotel. selected this one in particular due to location which was great - right on Copacabana beach. we were able to just cross the street and go for a swim and enjoy the beachfront and nearby restaurants. also chose it due to it having a rooftop pool - the pool was closed for maintenance when we were there and was very small. the pictures made it seem like the whole rooftop area was a lot bigger and nicer than it really was Rooftop pool was small with a seating area around it that only fit 4 tables. the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. there is NO AC in common areas so check in was very uncomfortable and we didn't want to sit for food/drinks in their lobby area. Check in staff was not very friendly.

Everything was great at this hotel. It has an amazing location on Copacabana Beach. Free breakfast was good. There are a great number of bars and restaurant options right outside the hotel. When we arrived there were not toiletries in the room and the air conditioner and tv were not operational. The hotel staff responded very quickly and addressed these issues to our satisfaction.

Day 1 we were placed in a room that was behing thw hotel. Not mirror ( girls will be girls we need to see how we look on vacation) We actually looked at the room pictures before booking all pictures had a mirror. Booking did not indicate that it was one bed. The use of double room is misleading because we needed 2 beds. The shower in the first night was terrible cold water and not a proper shower head. The view... The wall of the near by hotel... No sunlight coming in the room at at all We asked to change rooms multiple times and we kept being told no otber rooms of double standards available. (we checked in around 3pm) i want to believe there would still have rooms available if. Chexk in onky starts at 2pmz. The same way they stuck us in the back room they could have given us a higher room for the 1 night. We moved rooms noon on the second day. That room was small but at least looked like the pictures. The shower worked perfectly. HOWEVER the curtains for thw window did not over the window properly... And it seemed like the hotel new that.. There was tape stretch it from end to end. Ofc the tabe was not holding thus allowing for people outside to see into our bed rooms.
