Terrible place. Very noise, room very uncomfortable, very dirty especially the shorts. After paying a lot money for a terrible room. Breakfaster wasnt included.

It was clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. The complimentary breakfast was nice. The air conditioning worked well. The only thing I didn't like was one of the top things needed for a nice stay. The bed was horrible. It was like a gym mat. It was hard, the middle of mine was torn and shredded. The toilet seat was softer than the bed. If you like a hard bed then definitely book here, if not stay away! I don't understand if you have so many bad reviews about the beds why don't you replace them with something better? I would have given you an excellent review if it wasn't for the beds. ☹️

Breakfast was okey buy its the same menu in my 4 nights stay For my city tour I was told no payment no reservation. I didnt pay because i have mo brazilian $ real. But they made a reservation which i didnt know. I was charged a 210 real for a no show of the tour. What a ripped off. Dont go to pompeu. Neighborhood is not good.
