Well run hostel. Very clean, Good kithen and pool. Secure. Good beds. Great place if you want to catch a football match. There are buses to center and it is about 15 minutes walk to the metro. Common areas near kitchen and reception get very hot and could use a fan.

The hostel is comfortable, the facilities are good, there are plenty of tables and chill spaces. The swimming pool is great. The bathroom and room weren’t always clean, but the staff came to clean them every day. The staff is kind and helpful. The other guests were very friendly, many of them were Brazilian in fact. There are lockers in the rooms. 3 days before arriving, I received a message on the Booking.com app from the property saying that in order to confirm my booking, they need to save my credit card details. They sent me a link where I entered my details, and I was charged for the stay. When I arrived at the reception for check-in, they made me pay again, and said that the message I received was a scam, and that I was the 4th person to whom this happened too. Luckily, after weeks of calls and exchanges with the Booking.com customer service, I managed to recover my money. But the property didn’t do anything about the fact that they were hacked. Also, my swim trunks were stolen at the hostel. I left them to dry and they were never returned. Nothing else was stolen, I left all my valuables in my locker. As for the location, there’s not much going on in the neighborhood, the metro is a bit far, but there are a few restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Wonderful hostel! Great location, friendly staff, affordable prices, clean, and most importantly - very safe! During my trip, I returned here with my friends again! We really liked it! The neighborhood was not very safe

It was very hot at night, I slept without any clothes and didn't work. The air conditioning was weak, also would be good an air conditioning in the reception.

I stayed here during carnaval and I had the absolute best time. The hostel is the cleanest one I've been to (it has many bathrooms and they are cleaned several times a day), and staff are attentive and very friendly, especially Vicky and Marcus! The location turned out to be perfect for carnaval and getting around, close to metro stations and easy to navigate. Also social atmosphere. The aircon was a huge plus in the rooms. And the pool a bonus! And all this superrr affordable! I'll definitely be back :))

Such a great hostel. Nice staff, clean, big kitchen with utilities, comfotable bed and pillow, good location.

That I had a roof over my head The hostel has a pool and very interestingly on the 31st of December when there was a lot of people staying at the hostel, they decided to clean the pool and the next day on the first of January when I was due to check out, the pool was open from 11 so people have to check out at that time and cannot enjoy the pool.

Some of the staff are rude and passive aggressive. Violating there own terms of agreement and not providing the services included in your stay

Comfortable bed. AC in the room at nighttime. Good quality lockers just outside the room. A nice kitchen guests can use. A water filter for refilling water bottles. Safe location. Entire place is very, very clean. Neighborhood is very quiet at night, and not very noisy during the day. Hostel is on a low traffic side street. The common areas are small and not very comfortable/ social. Difficult to meet people. The bedrooms have keycode locks on them, these are very heavy and make the door slam shut if people aren't careful to close them gently. If the door is not completely latched, it makes an alarm. These locks are not ideal in a shared dorm room.
