Hotel is dated but mostly clean. There is no elevator and when I asked about a first floor room I was told since I booked through a third party (Expedia), that I got what they booked. There was also a sign that said all second floor rooms were no smoking so I don’t know if that means the first floor was smoking or not. Pool is not in working order and looks like it is being used to store furniture. Second floor ice maker was not working and when I told the front desk, they acted surprised but it was not fixed the second day we were there either. Overall, our stay was ok but I doubt I’d stay there again.

We had problems with our reservation on the reservation app and the front desk clerk and manager were both very helpful. We had a very comfortable stay. The bed did sag in the middle but was still comfortable.

The staff was polite and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is in a fabulous location.

There was nothing I didn't like. They seemed to be on top of everything.

The only thing that was disappointing was that the pool was not available. It's summer time it works if been nice to have that option.

Easy access to work and friend’s home; clean, comfortable bed; good breakfast. Be careful of potholes in the driveway around the building. Ran out of hot breakfast items on the weekend and should’ve planned for more.

breakfast was ok, you could change up the menu a bit, same thing every day. also, this is New Mexico why don't you offer salsa?!!! It is the Chile capital of the world!!! i had asked for rooms close together, got one was on first floor the other on second. no elevator! i had asked for two beds in each room, i had to argue with the night clerk at check in to get 2 beds in second room. finally got what i had asked for but it took some time and it was late at night we were tired form traveling... not a pleasant experience!

Air conditioning was running well, breakfast was hot and very tasty, staff were pleasant and ready to help.

We enjoyed all the fireworks all over the city on July 4th! Hotel was conveniently located near our events.

Only thing that was not good is the bed was pretty squeaky when you moved, also air conditioning was pretty loud.
