Very kind owner and comfortable place.

Hosts extremely friendly and helpful - the lady of the house drove me twice into Ripatransone and arranged to have me collected later to come back after she realised I didn't have a car. She also asked me what I wanted for breakfast and ensured there was some cold meat and cheese (I had grown tired of sweet breakfasts after three weeks in Italy!). Room was sizable and a comfortable place to sleep. Bus stop for buses back to Grottammare is nearby. Location - this B&B isn't really in Ripatransone, but in a small modern village lower down the hill. On a summer day especially it's a bit too far to walk up. However, as noted in the "like" section, the lady of the house made valiant efforts to counter this. Non-Italian speakers should note that she doesn't speak any English - we communicated in my pidgin Italian - but her daughter does speak some.

If you drive, the place is well located. Strategically near many points of interest, a good base to go and check the surrounds. Maybe communication. The room was cold in the night, and I was told that since I come from Singapore, it is normal that I find cold what is the norm for Italians (allegedly 20C, in the truth it was 18 in the room). The page on booking.com shows a kitchen in the information, leading to think that it is a small kitchen in the room, however, it turn out it is a communal kitchen for all guests.

The room is big, clean with a lovely balcony. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of home made cakes.
