for what we paid it was ok no lift , just stairs but it was ok for us , and you do not have where to put the luggage ( small ) i had to leave it on the floor

Great location inside old town Riquewihr! The room was very clean and the staff was welcoming and friendly. Gorgeous view out my window! The room deco was outdated, especially the bathroom.

Rooms were on the third floor.. Hard to get luggage up there.

Beautiful modern room with a deck in a very old building in this quaint town. Very clean and comfortable. Felt very upscale in this small town. Keep in mind that you can access the hotel by car only first thing in the morning and in the evening. Otherwise, the entire town is closed to vehicles. Parking is about a block away in a public open-air lot.

It was cool while we were there so just a fan was enough.

The location of the hotel is perfect. We could unload/load our car in front of the hotel and then move it to a designated parking lot outside of the town wall but close by. Our room was spacious with several windows on two sides, which gave us a good view and a comfortable cross breeze. The breakfast was adequate with a good choice of local specialties. While our room was right of the restaurant it was not impacted from much noise from the restaurant. The plumbing from the bathrooms above us, however tended to be fairly noisy.

Beautiful Hotel, with a complete remodeled section with additional rooms. Inside the hotel itself takes you back in time. Breakfast was delicious and so was dinner.. the Host for breakfast was fantastic making sure everyone was taken care of.

A lovely quaint hotel in an excellent location.Our triple room was perfectly adequate - immaculately clean and comfortable.The receptionist was always very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was good-cereal,cold meats,cheeses, boiled eggs,pastries, yoghurts, fruit etc.Excellent WiFi! Overall a great stay-thank you!

A truly perfect boutique hotel. The woman at the front desk was so nice and helpful. And the rooms were so clean that you could tell they take pride in their hotel. The bar downstairs is on an honor system which only helps attest to the type of hotel this is and the clientele that they cater to. Anytime I’m in Elsass again will be using this hotel from here on out! It’s so nice here it ruins my standards for when I have to go to other hotels.
