Price There were drug addicts doing drugs, fighting the police coming every other day along with the ambulance. I was offered drugs on four different occasions syringes on the floor cigarette butts in the pool people showering next to my room girls getting beat up

They are advertising breakfast, they actually dont.The front doors to the office remain looked 24/7 and when you ring the bell to alert them to help you they ignore you a person had to bang on their window to get them to help us. It's definitely not a great area there was needles, food and trash of the entire property. Moldy pool, hair and uncleaned showers, cockroachs on the property are some more problems there. People fighting and banging on walls.

Homeless people up and down the stairs urinating on the elevator doing drugs in the parking lot trash everywhere police in and out of the place people yelling and arguing 4:00 in the morning

NOTHING IT WAS THAT BAD I HATE TO BE NEGITVE BUT IT WAS BAD Hello, I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding my stay at this property and request a refund for my reservation. The experience was completely different from what we expected when we made the reservation, and I believe the conditions at the property were unacceptable. When we arrived, we found the room in extremely poor condition. The blankets had cigarette burns, the chair was dirty, and we found cockroaches. Additionally, during our stay, we encountered an environment that made us feel unsafe. There were people in the hallways who appeared to be under the influence of drugs, individuals experiencing homelessness, and people smoking what appeared to be illegal substances. I was also verbally harassed by two men in the hallway while walking to the front desk. Even though my husband was with me, I still did not feel safe anywhere on the property. The situation became even more serious the following morning when a woman experienced an extremely disruptive and agitated episode in the hallways and was chased by several people staying at the property. The incident required a response from the police, firefighters, and paramedics. I would also like to report that some of the amenities advertised on Booking.com did not match what was actually available when we arrived. We made the reservation based partly on the property’s advertised complimentary breakfast and swimming pool. However, no complimentary breakfast was provided, and the swimming pool was dirty and unavailable for use. We booked this accommodation through Booking.com. After experiencing these problems, we attempted to resolve the matter, but we were unable to obtain an immediate refund. As a result, we had no practical alternative and were forced to remain at the property for two nights. These circumstances go far beyond a simple dissatisfaction with the accommodation. They involved serious sanitation problems, advertised amenities that were unavailable, and multiple incidents that directly affected

Roaches 10/10 Bed bugs 10/10 Random giant house beetles 10/10 Flies and nats The air filters on the AC were absolutely caked in dust , haven't been changed in years more than likely There are homeless who live in the parking lot and out front , they walk the property and hangout on the stairs doing drugs all day and night , staff literally does nothing they don't care. The cops don't even stop it. If your looking for a cheap bug infested broken down motel with staff that hates their jobs then this is the place for you. If you are a family DO NOT come here at all cost

The manager was rude said couldn't find my reservation I've been sitting outside for an hour and a half now waiting for them to give me a room they said they can't find my reservation I gave my number with my reservation number and they still can't find it I'm unhappy The staff was unprofessional 23 times that they couldn't find my reservation told me to get off the property and I don't understand so I called you guys you guys told me to wait 30 minutes back I don't know if I want to go see you guys again I wanted two days here I pay for one day I think how to resolve this issue I paid for today for hotel and I feel I should get an extra day for free
