My room had empty soda can/bottle, I didn’t want to touch anything, let alone shower. This is a sad, neglected property that the owner certainly doesn’t care about or for.

Not cool! To be safe we had to toss out duffle bags (3 of them) , my leather back to ak, and the clothes we brought. Went and bought clothes right after we left. Really wasn't prepared to spend so much replacing stuff for 3 people. But couldn't risk taking anything home. The were covered in bites. The front desk wasn't surprised they are trying to get rid of them . They should be closed until they do. My one night stay not only cost the room rate but replacing everything and had to get breakfast after we checked out. Really think the front desk should. Have been more interested in addressing the issue. Please contact me 602-740-2632. Colleen Adams

Dirty, full of cockroaches. Full of homeless and smelled like pee.

Disappointing

Good location. Lowest price in area. Staff was polite. They no longer have breakfast. Their pool is permanently closed. The nonsmoking rooms smelled like smoke. Blankets had cigarette burn holes. Sofas were sunken. Outside the room, stairs smelled like urine. Staff was polite, but did not help solve problems beyond formalities. We needed 2 rooms for family, and they placed us several rooms from each other. Was dismissive at check in instead of trying to help from the get go.

The property was occupied mostly by homeless people and were very loud causing a lot of disturbances during the stay. Lastly I picked this place as it listed complimentary breakfast only to be told at checkin that they stopped it recently and not updated on the partners (expedia) website.

Not a well maintained property.

The Tyler Mall and shopping locations aren’t very far from here, but in regards to the hotel…all I can say is the AC worked in the rooms, but other than that I didn’t like anything about this hotel. They don’t serve breakfast (stated breakfast included which is one of the reasons I booked here), the staff took forever to come to the front so that I could check in and there was somewhat of a language barrier, the sheet were not clean (my daughter found a pretty long hair in the sheets which was not hers or mine, she has braids and we hadn’t slept or gotten in the beds yet), the toilet in my room didn’t flush, there were no smoke detectors installed (someone had taken them down and put them in the drawers…in both rooms), there was no maintenance to fix the toilet resulting in myself and my 3 children having to move to another room 1:30am. The room we were moved to also had no smoke detectors installed, there was spacing in the door where you could see into the room and out of the room, the toilet and AC worked in this second room. The ice machine didn’t even work. The other hotel guests seemed VERY SKETCHY. There was a lot of activity a lot of people hanging around the hotel that looked like they were on drugs. I’m not judging people on drugs, but the hotel should do a better job of making sure people (who are not guest of their hotel) aren’t loitering, it isn’t good for business. When I went down to talk the front desk regarding the toilet not working at like sometime after 12am, there was some random guy asking if he could Venmo/Zelle me money to book a room for him because they only took credit cards. It was just bad and very scary. I stayed one of the four nights I booked and hesitated going to sleep because I felt so unsafe with me and my kiddos there, checked out the next morning, made a request for a refund for the rest of the nights I was supposed to stay due to false advertising, and book another hotel for the rest of our stay.

Room was gross, found out it was infested with insects. Alot of homeless everywhere, as well as extremely loud.
-
The person that checked us in was rude and unaccommodating. When we told her that the online booking had specifics, instead of helping us, she immediately wanted to refund us, and my room was charged before we even got there.

The maid This was the MOST DISGUSTING PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. It needs to be checked by the Hospitality/HOTEL BETTER BUSINESS Bureau. THEY NEED TO BE FINED AND CLOSED DOWN! I want my money back. BOOKING.COM. should not be advertising for this company. -Dirty shower not clean, hair in the shower, dirty on the bottom of the tub -Burns on blankets -Holes on Drapes -Dirty Doors -Graffiti on Microwave and Inside Door - Elevator is filthy dirty, smells terrible like urine and throw up - Pool looks like a dirty pond -People doing drugs at the door steps - People hanging out on the parking lot - People sleeping in the outside hallways - Rooms smell like cleaner and smoke ENDLESS LIST OF DISGUST

Nothing I arrived with my husband and my 1 year old baby, there were drug addicts and a lot of homeless people walking up and down the halls, people outside of the rooms. We didn’t feel safe and decided to leave.
-
After I arrived at the room, there was a knocking at the door; some men outside were using drugs in the stairwell. It was a terrible experience, and I left the room just two hours after arriving.
-
The homeless junkies sleeping and getting high on the stairway and under the car port. The bathroom door wouldn't close, heavy urine smell in the elevator, wifi was slow to the point it was unusable. Located next to other hotels with homeless issues.
