Riverside Casino & Golf Resort

Dirty room. Bedding stunk like cigarette smoke, wad of hair in shower drain, only chair to sit in had a popped spring in the middle of it so you couldn't sit in it.. Person checking us in was not friendly. Noisy noisy noisy!!! Too bad it looked like it would be nice, nope! Waste of money!!

Unfortunately the Hotel front desk staff was not friendly, They are renovating some of the rooms and the room I thought we reserved wasn’t even close to what we got. The casino was good. The restaurant 22 & Vine had good food.

The 24 hour cafe counter was wonderful; great offerings at reasonable prices. The food at Ruthie’s was very good, a bit pricey and even with dinner reservations, we weren’t seated until nearly 45 minutes later. It was very evident that they were understaffed. There were no luggage carts or bell staff to help at check-in. We also were not made aware of construction going on. The elevators were in service, but because the construction workers needed to move materials and tools, they were not readily available, crowded, and slow. We were staying on the 3rd floor and it was faster to take the stairs.

The only thing with the casino that i didnt like was there was non smoking and smoking but all the areas are intertwined so you can smell smoke and have smokers not far from you in some areas. It would be nice to do what they do back home and have an enclosed area with doors and a great ventilation system or enclose an area of the casino with doors. An area really isnt non smoking if you can smell it, see it, etc.

We decided to stay here for our wedding anniversary. The hotel is under construction. From 830 am to 6 pm there was a constant drilling noise so the room was not usable. We checked in at 3 and had to leave our room because of the noise. The front door has a large gap at the bottom and could hear everything in the hall. Will not be staying here again.

Food was good

Pool area and service was great! Max, our server was very attentive. Dinner at a Ruthie’s was amazing- so were our servers at the table. Housekeeping never came the three days we stayed. I bring my own coffee, so that was not an issue. Trash was never removed. Each day I went to the front desk for replacement towels- not all of them. I hang towels that can be reused and separate those to be replaced on the floor. Granted the front desk always had someone bring the towels to the room fairly quickly. Not sure what the issue was, as I would see the staff in the floor each day.

The rooms were nice, but the basic rooms were not real spacious. The hotel is under going renovations which is good because the beds and furniture in rooms are not comfortable. The shower was absolutely great. The pool and hottub aren't huge but are wonderful with being heated and the pool part inside and outside. Very cool.

Always enjoy our visits here. Everything is always maintained, clean, and entertaining.

I can’t wait to return. The stay was excellent the golf view was great and the pool hours are amazing

The room had a walk-in shower, very handy!! The hotel is in the middle of room upgrades. The furniture is showing wear, yet the room upgrades should resolve this.

but the room itself was tired, scuffed up furniture and not the cleanest. Staff very nice and helpful

Everything was good. Nice to have things to do.

Hotel was super cold! I asked for 2 extra blankets. We had to leave a day early due to my dads health. Will try to see ifexpedia honors the insurance I purchased.

? Weird glass walled bathroom, I don’t really want to watch someone’s bathroom habits. The door on the bathroom seems silly with the glass wall. The drapes around would have helped but they were broken
