The outside of the hotel was exceptionally clean. Inside, the floors in the elevators were always dirty. The floors in my room were dirty and had hair from another visitor behind the trash can. The comforter on the bed was stained. Really gross

Hotel was fantastic. Rooms were spotless and huge. We needed to leave our luggage there in storage for a week and they were very accommodating. Will always plan to stay there. Great breakfast and staff.

The hotel is beautiful and very spacious. The only negative was the breakfast. To be blunt it was really bad. Quality of the food was horrible. The "sausage" was rubbery and tasteless. The biscuits were hard and cold. Bagels were ok because at least I could toast them. The fruit looked like it was from a can that had expired. Again, the rest of the hotel was fantastic. But for a brand new hotel, someone needs to completely overhaul the breakfast.

We stayed 3 nights. Hotel was clean. Housekeeping was supposed to be every other day but that didn’t happen on day 2. Breakfast was served only until 9am on weekends which is not comparable to other hotels where it’s available until 9:30 or 10. Breakfast options were also fewer than comparable hotels. Pool was nice but you had to ask for pool towels at the front desk. Hotel staff were friendly.
