The place was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always helpful, making the stay very pleasant. Nothing significant, everything was great.

Stuff on reception was very unprofesional. Breakfast was far below expectations for such price. Stuff did not.clean the room nor bring bottle of drinking water for 3 days

Staff doesnt speak english, they never tell you if you have received a delivery. They must change the saudi receptionist

It was clean It was so hot when I got in the room and the stuff didn’t know how to fix it and they told me that I have a smart tv and we had problems with it cuz there is no WiFi
