All things are ok and very good Nothing

The rooms are very clean and wide and the service was great The only comment we have is that the pool was not clean and clear the water was turbid so they need to invest more in cleaning the water, we couldn’t swim in it.

The cleanliness, the room quality and furnishings. We booked for a family of three, yet the breakfast was only provided for two. We were asked to pay extra for the child. Similarly, despite booking for three, we were asked to pay extra for the additional roller bed we needed for the child. Clearly, when we booked we saw that paying for three guests including our child cost more so we expected after paying more for the booking to her our child’s extra bed and breakfast to be included.

Hot water stopped when I was in shower. Then I had to take cold shower which was bad.

The upper floor suites are first rate I had problems with the hot water but they promptly upgraded my room.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, they are very prompt to any requests. The location great and the room was super clean.

The executive suite is very large, and very comfortable. There is a desk in the bedroom to work that is reasonably large, and can even handle an extra screen with your laptop. Overall, very nice suite. The breakfast is the main weakness out of an otherwise excellent stay. There can be healthier options, maybe more options as well.
