Erfad Hotel-Riyadh

I would especially like to thank the receptionist on the night shift. Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she was exceptionally kind, supportive, and welcoming. She went out of her way to assist me, and her excellent service made a great impression. The only challenge I experienced was reaching the hotel parking because of the extensive infrastructure and roadwork around the area. This is outside the hotel's control, but it did make access a little difficult. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the team for your hospitality.

I am very disappointed. I have paid for breakfast, and they do not have a buffet or a cafe late. I asked the manager for action, but she did not respond to the situation at all.

The breakfast and parking were good When I booked the room I specifically paid for a 2 bed bedroom. The policy for the hotel is that if I don’t arrive by 7pm the reservation would be cancelled. So I paid to reserve my room and when I arrived they are fully booked and put me in a king bed with a roll away which broke while I was sleeping in it. Not to mention the room was filthy.

Price too high for a room that size location is too hard to reach bathroom needed more soap and towels the bathroom robe sizes are too small
