The check in time. The guy at the recieption at the morning time was not helpful and rude.

The hotel is dirty. Damaged furniture, no housekeeping service. They didn't clean the room during my entire stay. They don't refill the coffee and the water. Smelly place. No air to breath in the room. AC engine is loud.

But the new rule of this hotel is that any foreign couple will have to show their marriage certificate otherwise they will not be given a room. The receptionist told us this and he did not give us a room. I said that we always keep coming to this hotel. I showed him my booking but he did not agree. Ultimately we had to go back disappointed.but Saudi law Unmarried foreign couples can rent a hotel room together without needing to provide proof of marriage.

I don’t think so, because i had a bad experience specially in the reception. Honestly speaking, the internet is really bad on this hotel. and the smell of room is not good.

night shift receptionist was very bad and bad behavior bad dress bad talking and service offering no smiling no answers to questions no solving issues the room i liked but the hotel staff bad except the morning shift receptionist was good smiling solving issues
