Better to replace some old amenities used inside room and also to keep some facial or body cream like other hotels and to keep toothbrush & paste standard ones

Overall good experience The property & amenities looks old some of them needs to be replaced with new ones like dust bins, etc,… water bottles were not kept after room cleaning,

We arrived a few hours earlier than check-in time and the reception team provided us a room immediately without any fuss. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was supportive and professional. The room was very small. It said on booking.com that room size was around 50 m2, but in reality it was less than half that size. It was very expensive compared to the provided service. The pictures on booking.com are from 2 different rooms. Also they are taken from angles which make you think the rooms are bigger than actual. The TV was not smart and the panelling around the TV made it impossible to install Chromecast. There were no windows in the room, which is very strange, compared to the cost and advertised star rating. Similar hotels with better location, size and facilities costs less than half in Riyadh. Even compared to other branches of Boudl in the Middle east, it was expensive and facilities sub par. Not a 4 star hotel as advertised. The breakfast buffet was good, but again not value for money. Seems like the hotel is geared towards people on business visits who spend most of their time outside and just come to the hotel for sleeping.

Location , Breakfast, Spacious Room, Tidy Bathrooms, proximity to the masjid , so you can go to fajr prayer in the morning. Need to be remind them about cleaning the room.

Location and comfort Breakfast is not one of the best. To me it’s not good at all. Very poor, cold and not fresh. Some bugs inside the room!!

Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Spacious rooms. The front desk staff Rawdha and Ridha were very professional and helpful.

Location Prince was different than quoted in booking Charged a room fee of 100sar (first time ever) - they stated it was insurance for them in case I ate a snack in the room - this is fine but we should have been notified via booking

We loved everything about our stay — from the warm hospitality of the staff to the excellent service and the comfort of the room, everything was truly amazing! A special thank you to Talal at the front desk, who ensured a smooth and welcoming check-in after our midnight flight. At check-out, we were greeted by Ahmed and Mohammed, both incredibly helpful and friendly. If we’re coming back to Riyadh, we’ll definitely be booking here again. The family suite was spacious and comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. Breakfast could be better.
