All receptionists were great, room service was very fast, location is close to the famous spots in Riyadh, definitely will stick to this hotel in all Riyadh visits.

The manager wasn't on duty! When I asked for a refund, the manager on the phone said that since I have checked in already, I cannot be refunded the whole amount and that he would refund only one day. Also, I was informed by the staff that only one person gets free breakfast and that I would have to pay for the rest. Furthermore, the breakfast would not be buffet, but rather ala carte, as there is less staff and occupancy was low. The pictures had clearly shown a full buffet breakfast! The room was road facing and was not properly sound insulated! We did not stay the night because of the mosquitoes and went home. (It was a staycation). I wouldn't give them more than a 2 and certainly not an 8+! Not recommended at all!

It was quiet, the staff is super nice and helpful. They are the best thing about the place. The place is very worn out, which is evident in the furniture, carpets, and bathrooms. We checked three rooms, and none of them were good except for the one we booked, which was acceptable. The booking price is very high compared to the quality of the rooms, and we only confirmed it to avoid a cancellation fee.

It's good for the price. Staff are friendly and try to help as much as they can. there is no elevator in the basement and parking area is very small.

The chef Yaser was very hospitable and accommodating to every guest and escorting them through the buffet breakfast The room carpet is getting old and ought to be replaced ( example 306). The Gym not open and need to ask.

Nice and clean hotel relatively close to the airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms and good bathroom. Breakfast was a bit limited as were other dining options. WiFi connection was poor.

One of the worst breakfasts I have seen in Saudi Arabia. There are only 4 hot items, one of them being hard boiled eggs. No scrambled eggs, no meats. Croissants and bread are stale or hard like a rock. The hummus is flavorless. Rest of items are just basic ingredients (cheese, cucumbers, hot peppers, ...) on platters. By the third day, I had given up going to the breakfast and decided to get breakfast through Hungerstation, even though the breakfast was included with the room. Very disappointing. Hotel is a residential area with nothing around within walking distance. You inevitably need to order in or take am Uber to get to the nearest commercial area. VERY POOR LOCATION. My room door did not close properly and would generate an alarm. The room smelled of smoke. The rooms were basic and not renovated recently.
