I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. You can really tell that attention is given to the small details, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities were beautiful, and the pool area was especially relaxing and well-maintained. I would also like to sincerely thank Zain at the reception for her kindness and professionalism, and Yousef for being incredibly helpful, cooperative, and attentive throughout the stay. Their hospitality truly made a difference. The only small issue I experienced was that the music speaker at the pool kept disconnecting frequently. Other than that, everything was excellent and I would definitely visit again.

Clean, nice location, wonderful hospitality, nice breakfast with verity of choices, and quite and peaceful. Environmentally friendly… Loved the colors and the decoration, not the usual hotel style. The mattress was a bit on the hard side, wished the was a mattress pad or something.

Everything I took villa and Some toilets doors not close properly Also the car gate not open automatically and need to wait a while for the guard to open it manually

It was good location and good facility beside just like a resort it’s good I would say the bill of the bed is too too thick, which is it’s here to my neck, but other thing is good

I had a wonderful 2-day stay at Madareem Hotel in Riyadh. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome and genuine hospitality made a huge difference. The staff were exceptional throughout the entire stay—always friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed. Their support was consistent from check-in to check-out, and they made us feel truly comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel itself is clean, well maintained, and very comfortable, but what really stands out is the professionalism and kindness of the team. You can clearly feel that guest satisfaction is their top priority. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Riyadh. Nothing

The worst thing, it was without breakfast in spite of we paid more than our friends who reserved included breakfast and the other breakfast and dinner, I found that who paid directly to the same hotel got more advantages and less charges and payments.

The staff is extremely friendly and supportive, particularly Mr. Saud Al Otaibi. I don’t forget Miss Bashaier Al Enazi in the Reception . The hotel is very clean and very spacious, the landscape is very beautiful surrounding the Rooms Every thing is very nice
