Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Gym shall be maintained in clean area. Parking ramps shall be flattened for easy access.

Nothing I booked this hotel for one night as my flight arrives very early morning so I could use it in the morning until 2 pm which is their check out time, I arrive to the hotel to find my booking cancelled because I didn't arrive the previous night. it was extremely disappointing added to the fact that there was no manager to talk to and I was supped to wait for him. The porter was the one giving me the information. I do not recommend this hotel at all

No variety in breakfast and Stuff were little they need to increase stuff

One thing I would say is the internet doesn’t work in all rooms properly and they actually transferred us to another room and it worked perfectly

Great hotel for the price and the good location. Good service and room was cleaned when requested. Offered clothes washing machine inside unit which was great.

The apartment was spacious and the facility is close to major shopping centres & amenities. There was no oven in the apartment but was provided promptly on demand. The ability of the staff including those manning the reception to understand English was very limited. The water pressure in washrooms was quite low. The shower heads were rusted. There was probably a boundary wall next to the windows & hence no view outside. The TV was very old with very few channels and no ability to cast from phone either. The WiFi internet speed was extremely poor and we had to make additional arrangements just for YouTube kids to play. The standard of breakfast offered was the worst out of all the 5 facilities we stayed at during our trip.

The location, we could walk to the Metro and Granada Mall. Staff were friendly Only 1 towel in the room. After 2 days took the hand towel away? Never got one back. The room was nothing like the pictures, meant to be a Deluxe King room. Very basic. We did not have the breakfast as we were out everyday.
