A consistently negative attitude and poor reception in most situations. Our rooms were located at the front of the building, and there was significant noise from the traffic outside. As a result, our sleep was interrupted several times during the night. As mentioned earlier, there was no cooperation in changing our rooms, even though the hotel did not appear to be fully occupied.

Nothing Smoking rooms only. They try to set you up to accept smoking rooms. I once checked in and my son was very sick from the smoke in the room. I had to rush him to emergency because of the smell from the rooms. They never learned the lesson. They keep trying to set you up for a smoking room whether you like or not. The hotel is a big ash tray.

The picture shown in the booking site is not the right one, while reach there we were told that there is another hotel with same group. So booked for one but stayed in another hotel. But the hotel still feel ok.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The place was recently renovated, so everything felt fresh and modern. One unique feature that stood out was the cinema room — a bit unexpected, but such a cool touch! It's not something you usually find in hotels. The staff were fantastic — really friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience! The room had to extra doors which was connected to the terrace which made the room more hot

They don’t answer the mobile phone and the staff is lazy . No sufficient parking.

Great hotel with polite employees, except for the one man at the front desk who didn't seem to care or respond well when you talk to him. Smoking smell inside the room even though my room is non-smoking room
