It needs a major rehab. Perfect for one night as we were checking into a resort the next morning. But no one has put any money into making it a place you'd actually want to vacation in.

The room was large and the furnishings were good. The staff was very helpful and the dining was very good. A good location on the hillside that provided a nice view of the bay and was far enough above the road to eliminate road noise. This is not a five star hotel but it was very good and I would stay there again. The bathroom shower could use a renovation and the a/c took longer than expected to cool even such a large room.

Beautiful views, clean, and friendly staff. Nothing. It met our expectations.

The pool was very nice. Clean.

The walk up and down the hill was a bit taxing but it worked out well for us for the 1 night. Nice view of the bay from our room. Good breakfast and interesting staff.

Not much. Only the shower water flow was slow at times

Breakfast was very modest. The water pressure was extremely low.

Really nice property with a view of the harbor. Clean and comfortable room. Wifi did not work in the room, had to go to the lobby to use the wifi there.

Room condition and no staff on Sunday

The views and location were good No shower gel or proper shampoo and conditioner. Basic facilities needed updating. Staff weren’t exactly welcoming. I had to extract information.

Good proximity to the bays we sail from. Air conditioner worked well. Good views. Better hot water pressure from shower. Free breakfast.

Very funky. Originally a real fort turned hotel in the 1970s. Laid back. Beautiful balcony. New bartender Roosevelt was the best!! Trying to bring back the old vibe of being the place to be on Thursday night. Unfortunately the water was off throughout Tortola.

The view was incredible, overlooking the harbour. The breakfast was good, though one had the sense the staff were a bit put out to be making the guest breakfast. I liked when the bats emerged from the rafters in the evening - magical. The pub across the road, aptly called 'The Pub', served very good food. There was no desk, so wasn't too suitable for work. It was a little far from Road Town but walkable, just about, in the heat. The room was quite basic, and very dated, but fine.
