Bedroom mattress was caved in

This hotel deserves the highest possible rating! I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this experience truly stood out. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional - from the warm welcome and attentive service to the beautiful, spotless rooms, attention to every detail, and a fantastic breakfast experience. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented.

If you need to go to the airport this hotel is super convenient! It is very clean and the rooms are spacious.

Passable

The cleanliness situation at the property was abysmal. We found cockroaches in the bedroom, food crumbs inside the foldaway sofa-bed, scratches on the bedroom floor, stains on the bathroom ceiling, and one of us had what seemed like bed bug bites. We were not expecting this from a Hyatt brand. Property needs an immediate management overhaul.

Superb

Nice clean place, comfy beds The breakfast they offer. Eggs were nasty and area where they keep uutensils many spoons people were mixing in the used with the good ones and my son accidentally ate from a used spoon. There response was giving him a plastic spoon.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff were exceptionally kind. The continental breakfast was absolutely horrid. Powdered eggs, just don’t cut it, especially in the south. And the butter was frozen, which doesn’t help when you’re trying to spread it on a bagel.

The rooms are very clean. The staff is very friendly. I needed a different blanket and the girl running the front desk, Hayley went and got me several blankets for my son. That is exceptional service. Then we checked out and my daughter thought she lost her phone in the room. I called in and spoke to another amazing front desk clerk, CJ and they offered to go look for it. Then they called me back to see if she knew where she might have left it in the room. We will definitely be going back.

Great place will stay again

It was a good experience. Clean room and bathroom. Great breakfast too.

Everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent, Breakfast was delicious.

Super impressed that the kitchen opened early!!! I know it was for the airline crew but we were able to get more than just coffee. On the road before 6 am!!!

Noisy and inefficient AC

Very nice hotel. My first visit to a Hyatt Hotel. Very impressed. I will stay there again when I travel through Roanoke.

My family stayed well in this hotel. The room was very clean and nice. We had a very good time here.

The bed was uncomfortable, made my back ache. But thats my only thing.

Everything. Breakfast selection was amazing, rooms were clean and plenty of space. No worries about anything! Quietest hotel i stayed at. The bed was uncomfortable, made my back ache. But thats my only thing.

The bathroom shower is nasty and had mold on the bottom. The bathroom door you couldn’t get out. Also the side door you couldn’t get in from the outside.
