The location, next to other properties. The staff was great , friendly, very quick. The rooms are not what you would expect from a casino property. Comparable to a national mediocre hotel chain. The gaming was so poor we spent very little time there. I expect to lose my money, however I expected to get to play a little while anyway. We moved next door to gamble, way better experience.

The non smoking floor still smelled very strongly of smoke.

For our entire two-day stay, the room smelled like both cigarettes and marijuana. We believe the smell may have been coming through the vents. It was strong enough that we ended up going out and purchasing our own air freshener just to make the room more comfortable. We also had an issue with the iron, which was squirting out rusty water and could have easily ruined our clothing. We ended up having to purchase an iron as well. The customer service from housekeeping was also disappointing. When I asked a housekeeper for towels, the look she gave me was extremely unwelcoming, followed by, “You have to call Guest Services for that.” I understand there may be procedures for requesting towels, but friendliness and good customer service go a long way. I have stayed at many hotels and have never experienced housekeeping staff being so unfriendly over a simple request. On a positive note, the food in the hotel area was very good, and we enjoyed that part of our stay.

Got there and it was two double beds in the room no king room and view of a parking lot. We were told they were out of king rooms when we arrived.

Rooms are always clean, good restaurants to choose from and plenty of game play to choose from! Wish you had a poker room, I know there is one next door but having one in the hotel would be great.

We enjoyed the casino very much. We did not end up with the room we booked. It was disappointing.
