Country West Motel

This small hotel was great!! Very clean. Some updates have been done that makes it a quaint stay.

One bed was kind of broken from the box spring but not big deal

It was a good value for the money and they had laundry facilities on site. Very small. You could sit on the toilet and brush your teeth in the sink at the same time.

The bathtub is super slippery. I almost fell. They need to put grippers in there. Also, if someone books a room with two beds it would definitely be nice to have two beds in the room.

Comparatively it was a very nice room, big comfortable bed and welcome in-room amenities such as coffee with a right-sized coffee maker. Room was equipped with a mini-fridge and a microwave. Big flatscreen TV and adequate heat/AC. Bathroom was on the intimate size side but very suitable with ample towels and a hair dryer if needed. My stay was over several days and the room was a great bang for the buck. Tub drain was a little slow but easily overlooked. Water was hot when I took my showers. Laundry amenities were minimal; one washer and one dryer and as far as I could tell, the dryer wouldn't get hot. No ice bucket in room but I personally could overlook that. Office signage states opens at 2:00 but sometimes not the case. I saw no continental breakfast to speak of. In-room guest information book could use an update.

Centrally located in the town had plenty of food options for dinner. Manager on site was kind and friendly and was willing to go over and beyond to make sure our experience in our stay was excellent. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Price was nice and the beds were comfortable. The cockroach infestation in the bathroom, how dusty everything seemed and there was leftover trash stuffed in a chair. I just wanted some sleep, I was exhausted from driving. I've stayed here a few times before and the rooms were not like that, but it had been some years. :(

Paint was flaky. Outlets didn't work. Broken heaters.

Absolutely nothing it was disgusting Long hair is in the bed. The bed was uneven. The mattress was taco formed. There were dead bugs all over the place. The bathroom was disgusting. It could definitely use more than just a paint job.

There was no breakfast offered. Office hours were not workable with checkout. I just left the key cards in my room. The bedding was FABULOUS. It was the best part of my stay. The bathroom needs COMPLETE Remodeling. It was gross. See first reply.

Noise

TV was offline needed assistance to view, coffee maker was broken or unplugged, no safety bars in bathroom, bath mat was dirty, dead bolt didn't lock.

Had to wait 20 minutes at the front desk to get checked in because the lady was not there. Kinda blew me off too about it. The room wasn't gross but it wasn't the cleanest either.

Towels every day

Bed was good. COMFY CHAIR Lighting was too low. Lots of uncleaned areas. NO towel bars. NO luggage racks. No handicapped towels. Only 4 hangers. NO iron or board. Weird pillows (2 of 6 were decent) Western theme but my room did not match the online photos at all !!!

No easy place to walk dogs
