The staff at the hotel was great. Everyone was super friendly, cheery and helpful. The hotel itself is pretty old and the rooms are kinda gross. The furniture in them is like showing up to a college rental house. Our floor smelled like Indian food when you got off the elevator as well. So it was a doable stay, but not the best rooms. Breakfast was solid.

Very pleased, the hotel and our room were very clean and I’m very particular about cleaning. Breakfast was good, front desk staff was very accommodating!

They are in process of renovation but that didn't affect our stay. Comfy clean breakfast was very good. Lots of options. It is more than a 2 min walk to the Hard Rock. .6 miles. Actually more like 15 but very doable. All in all a great place.

If you are looking at this hotel on Hotels.com, you should know, the photos are completely false! The hotel has not been updated and looks NOTHING like the photos on the app/website. Our pullout bed was filthy and there were springs and metal pieces falling off of it. The pool was run down, the furniture was old, beat up and stained. We didn’t stay so I can’t comment on breakfast. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful in getting us taken care of, but we were definitely disappointed in the dishonest description on hotels.com

Great location, great room, and excellent breakfast! We had to wait nearly an hour past 3pm to check in because they were so busy, but we hung out in the TV room and staff kept us updated on the situation and were very friendly despite our unexpected wait. It was quite expensive the night we stayed, but we would stay there again because the staff were so friendly and helpful.

A+ Hotel. Everything was really fantastic. The staff is so kind. The hotel as a whole is clean, spacious and well maintained. Bedding and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding with everything you could want. The pool was clean and refreshing. Highly recommend. Thank you Staybridge. Our family had a wonderful stay.

Hallways and lobby were a bit too hot for some reason. Not an issue but was weird considering it was like 85 outside.
