Staybridge Suites Rockford by IHG

The size of the room was perfect. Also, having access to free laundry was great (especially because we were there for a tournament). The location was close to everything. Best part was housekeeping - they came daily to pick up any garbage, towels, etc. The "happy hour" during the week was also a really nice touch. The breakfast was convenient but very limited (which was fully described ahead of time). The room was a little well-lived in.

Front desk stated that me and my guest were loud ,which was not true

Staybridge Suites are my favorite hotels to stay at. I look for them everywhere I travel. I’ve never had a bad experience. They’re always clean and friendly staff.

Had a great stay! Rooms were clean. We had a room with kitchen area and it was well stocked with everything you might need. Even had a dishwasher. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The pool had beach balls which my kids loved playing with.

Wonderful customer service at check in. Quiet and clean.

The hotel was lovely and we really appreciated the kitchen unit. Unfortunately, we only had one night at the hotel and we didn't lget to use all the facilities.

The staff at the hotel was great. Everyone was super friendly, cheery and helpful. The hotel itself is pretty old and the rooms are kinda gross. The furniture in them is like showing up to a college rental house. Our floor smelled like Indian food when you got off the elevator as well. So it was a doable stay, but not the best rooms. Breakfast was solid.
