I had a good stay. The staff didn't interact as much as they have in the past but all in all, everything went well.

The hotel is superbly located a few minutes' walk to the Rockville Metro and very close to a number of very good restaurants: Chinese, Thai, Sushi etc, A couple of very good places for a breakfast - Starbucks included. There is an adjoining private garage - immaculately clean, plenty of spaces easy to enter and exit and a reduced rate from th hotel I stayed for 9 nights and thought it was great and very good value for money. I highly recommend this hotel and the staff and hope to stay again.

Urine stains and smell on sofa bed, an dark droppings of some sort. Stains on sofa ,sofa table and carpet. Changed rooms 3 times.Hairs in bed , first bathroom tile cruddy, other two were just exceptable. Brian was extremely accommodating but at this point all rooms are the same. Second staff member Friday 8/14/2026 was not friendly or accommodating. Shameful how owners just take the money and don't want to upkeep there businesses. Would they stay in a room smelling like urine all those sofas need to be torched. Unexceptable. People traveling HOURS an get to destinations not updated is extremely upsetting.

It was a convenient location and the staff was friendly. The hallways were not clean. The little seating area outside the elevator on the 5th floor remained uncleaned with crumbs on the table. The hallways were not vacuumed and I noticed the same pill/medication and paper scraps over the 2 days we were there. Our room was not clean. The coffee maker was dusty as was the mirror behind it. On the other hand, there was a heavy bleach smell when we walked into the room. We went down to pick up a little breakfast at the hotel's market at about 10am. There were no breakfast foods left. Just cookies, chips, mac & cheese. We were told sorry it's all gone. We were quite disappointed.
