Great room and very clean everywhere! However, limited hours of operation for the Starbucks or cafe and restaurant/bar. Not many choices to eat if you arrive after 11pm or very early checkout. Even the little market shop is limited in options.

The staff members that welcomed us in, I don’t remember her name but she said she was Jamaican and she checked us in 10:30 pm when we arrived, whenever we saw her she spoke nicely and respectfully to us she really loves what she does because she gave us the best treatment ever. Room service wasn’t bad but they could have done it way better

For an older hotel it is clean and fresh. The people in the room next to me were making alot of noise. I could not sleep all night. I called the front desk. Nothing happened. I knocked on the wall to quiet them down. The noise continued all night. It was an awful experience.

Breakfast was very good. The staff was very polite. Would recommend it. The shower pressure was weak. I notified the staff when leaving.

everything no complaints

There were plenty of shops and restaurants within a walking distance of the hotel. The rooms facing the inner reception room had little privacy and the “windows” to the hallway were pointless and in order to have privacy the curtains had to be drawn, which kept the room dark. Our room had mold in the shower, was missing an iron and the fridge did not work. The $30 a night for parking was quite the money grab since the hotel had plenty of above ground parking that was “reserved” for no reason and blocked off. The door from the parking garage into the hotel had no additional security feature (room card to enter the building) to ensure that only hotel guests were coming and going.

Second time staying here. Not bad experience the first time, but second time had some issues. Carpets in hallways dirty, parking very confusing. Outside parking was closed but there was no way to tell. Covered parking garage confusing and had a really bad stench. Room okay, a little dirty, old stains, ciuld use an uplift.

$30 self parking seems steep for the suburbs.

The room is very clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient that I can take the metro to the center of DC. A server at breakfast showed blatant racial discrimination. She served water and coffee to other tables and billed them at the end of their meals. For me, she provided absolutely no water or coffee, and slapped the bill onto my table the moment I sat down. This disturbing experience completely ruined my day. I will never stay at any Hilton properties again to avoid such biased treatment.
