If you can put digital alarm ⏰️ clocks by the bedheads in the bedrooms that would be great. Thank you! No alarm clock with display time and no mat in front the toilet. I laterally fell!

The property was beautiful. We had a suite with a view and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The food was excellent. We loved the cheesesteak for lunch. The entire time we were there the hot tub was broken. Upon speaking with other guests it appears it had been broken for at least a week before our arrival. There was not near enough seating at the pool or the beach. If you were not one of the rude people that put a towel out early in the morning there was nothing available by 11am. I’d see chairs never used for hours and hours when we had none to use. We also tried to use the water course and told we could not. The next day they brought all the floats in to shore.

Location. On the Beach and the fact that the facility provided breakfast due to the disappointment with the view. My Deluxe Garden view room was not what I booked. I ended up with a room with a view of their construction site.

My daughter who lives in St Lucia accidentally left some money under her pillow. We realized very soon. Called hotel they said they had the money. Got to hotel they did not have all the money. It was $500EC SHORT! We went looking for house keeper and she was gone. Staff went looking for her. General manager called my daughter after and said they would do an investigation into it!!! My daughter has gone back to hotel several times and called. We even tipped housekeeping. I was going to bring family and friends to St Lucia next year. Not staying here! I do not recommend this HOTEL!! They keep giving my daughter the run around.

This hotel is quite poor in quality, hard to understand how it holds four stars. Beyond the quality issues, we took as a problem that - even though we booked a room with a garden view - our room faced directly onto an operational construction site where works were being done from appr. 7.30 a.m. to 20.00 p.m. On top of this, we got a family room, with an indoor door to another apartment where some other guests stayed and even the smallest noises could be heard. During our stay we asked the hotel for another room where we could relax. Though according to the Booking.com site, there were multiple free rooms in the hotel at that time, they refused to give us a new room. I definitely do not recommend this hotel, we stayed there only a short time but never again.

There was a good array of buffet food but the egg station wasn't ready & some items weren't laid out when breakfast opened, which is a problem if you're on a tight deadline for a day trip. If you arrived later for breakfast, there wasn't so much choice. See above and they need to learn how to make a pot of tea!

Just a few minor issues.

The location was perfect - outside the bustle of Rodney Bay but within walking distance, and with several great bars and restaurants close by (Buzz and Spinnakers were particular favourites). It was on a beautiful beach with views over the whole bay. The room was large and very comfortable and everything was made easy, from booking an excursion to getting dropped off in town or at the marina. It was a great spot to start the holiday while we got the lay of the land. Breakfast was excellent. Our room faced the construction site next door, which was a bit noisy on the Monday afternoon, so we were glad to leave on the Tuesday morning. We had lunch once at the hotel restaurant and it was very overpriced.

The beach access was nice. The rooms were large, clean and pleasant. With the exception of the restaurant staff and the security guards at the beach, all others were very nice, specially the cleaners. The food service was horrendous and the variety even worse. In 8 days we never got a lunch or dinner which took less than 1h30min and sometimes over 2h— even when we were the only ones waiting to be served. On average it took 45min just to get some bread and butter. The food was always the same and not great at all. From raw pizza to overcooked pasta. The restaurant staff isn’t bothered and couldn’t care less. They see you waiting for ages, asking for the order status but they ignore it and prefer to play with cutlery while setting empty tables. It was the worst hotel restaurant service of my life in dozens of places in the Caribbean. No matter how much you complained to the management, no one would do a thing about it. Also, they have day passes for cruise tourists who overload the beach and pool beds until a point where the hotel guests don’t have where to lie down. The cruise people gave a horrible ambient, they were always loud, dirty, intoxicated, leaving empty plastic cups inside the pool and smoking weed all around. There should be an area or some beds just for hotel guests but not even that. On the beach, local vendors will disturb you every hour and so do the hotel boat activities staff. Every single day. The internet would not have signal in many places of the hotel, room included. There is construction ongoing and when you are relaxing in the beach you’ll constantly ear the noise of man and machines working. The room had a view to the construction site which was very miserable.

Apartment size, comfortable mattress, big beds, fully functional kitchen, and view of ocean from the balcony. Very close to beach and free kayaks. Friendly and courteous staff. Not much vegetarian options in the in room dining menu. No veggie burger.
