Very accommodating and close to everything I need. I stay here everytime I come to fish Beaver Lake. Boat plug ins conveniently located in a secure parking area.

The first two night we stayed there our key to our door was disconnected and we couldn't get into our room the last night we stay there we had the same problem they like to disable keys to your room

Friendly staff was Tanya she was very nice but the owners not so much when asking for a refund even tho I never stayed Didn’t get my refund as promised by the owners and was told I was a liar pretty much because I complained about the room smell

Great place to stay when you need a bed and clean room.

I was touring on a motorcycle. So it was really nice to be on a main street and ground floors. Although it's an older motel, the updates were done well and tastefully. There is a Casey's and a grocery store across the street. If i'm ever in Rogers again, I will definitely stay here.

Door locks are slightly outdated but the owner is in the process of replacing all of them in the whole building.

Staff and hotel was very nice, good space for parking. Rooms could be a little more cleaner.

I stay here a couple nights every other week on a fishing trip. Very accommodating with plug ins for my boat. Quiet & secure property.

It was an inexpensive room that was clean with owners who were friendly. I had about everything I needed.

I was charged more than they're going rates and I was kicked out of the hotel and not refunded.. also the pictures on the website weren't very accurate

Asked for house keeping to bring us some new towels and didnt get any was out of toilet paper for two days. Was not happy with the stay

If you don’t like the smell of smoke ask for a non smoking room. Staff is friendly. Security deposit $50 is required and refundable. Easy to enter and exit with traffic not being that bad. Close to a lot of different things. Cheap and well maintained

Clean and simple. Easy access. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Prices very reasonable. Was able to get a smoking room, which are very hard to find. Will go back again. A little noisy, but understandable considering location. Nothing we couldn't tolerate
