Wonderful staff, great location, beautiful hotel. Rooms were very comfortable and staff are friendly and helpful. Several good restaurants and shopping centers close by, centrally located between Fayetteville and Bentonville with easy access to highways. Very enjoyable and highly recommended.

Best hotel in Rogers!

Great atmosphere and friendly staff

It took almost an hour after checkin time to be able to actually check into our room. The reservation was booked for 6 people, but there was not enough towels, pillows, or blankets available. The mattress on the pull out bed was not clean, and the one extra blanket we found in the room was also dirty. When all of these issues were brought to the staffs attention, everyone was extremely rude and acted as if we were inconveniencing them. All very trivial, but it did cement the decision to not book with this hotel again.

Room was very clean, the restaurant was delicious. Staff was kind. Will absolutely stay here again!

The hotel was clean and staff were fine. The only issue that I had was that the shower would not turn on. It was too close to my checkout time so I did not ask for assistance.

Hotel was very convenient to many amenities in the area, easy on and off the freeway. Hotel was very clean and felt like a very classy and comfortable hotel. Room was very nice, bed was comfortable and plenty of room for my and my wife. Only negatives were a stain on the wall and no vent in the bathroom. Overall excellent place to stay and would book again.

I did not see a location for guests to park besides the road in front. There was an event at the Amp (which we were not aware of), left for dinner and returned to a full road of parked cars. We had no option but to valet for $32 +tip. As were were not attending the concert, and just on vacation a different location would have suited us better. As far as noise, it was quiet no
