Cherokee Casino & Hotel Roland

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We got some much needed rest! The price was fair and the room clean. The bed a little not so comfy, and I had to reclean the toilet when I first got there but other than that it was very very clean. I would for sure go again!

Great room, amenities, & atmosphere!

We had an emergency, from the storm, myself & an elderly woman walked down five flights of stairs. When we reached the lobby, the staff had no idea what to do. They just stood around and gave us no direction.

It is a hotel casino. Has a nice pool and hot tub, Somewhat family-friendly. Where it is located not much for families to do but it is a short drive to fort Smith Arkansas. Have stayed twice and will be returning again

Nice and spacious room that was quite clean and very quiet. Very pleasant gentleman at front desk when I checked in.

Great place to stay! The rates are very reasonable. If we pass through Oklahoma again, we would absolutely stay here again. My only (personal) problem was smoking in the casino. We went down to get food, and my asthma and allergies are very sensitive to smoke. That being said, the hotel rooms didn’t smell smoky at all. So if you’re sensitive to smoke, I wouldn’t spend much time in the casino. Other than that, I highly recommend it!

Fire alarm evacuation at 1 in the morning. Walk down 7 flights of stairs. No emergency crews ever show up. 30 minutes later everybody goes back in. Staff offers no apologies or explanations. Security trying to stop people from using the elevator to go back to their room. Bed is firm and pillows are useless. Everything was nice and clean though so that’s good

The hotel had 3 people at check in. We arrive early as we have before 3 pm. Checked back at 3:40pm. They made us and many other guest wait until exactly 4:00 pm to check in. This created a huge line of people waiting. This was poor business practice.

First time at Cherokee casino in Roland. Rooms were great & we had dinner at the buffet, prime rib was amazing as were the other food items.

Enjoyed our stay at the Cherokee Casino and Hotel very much. Room was perfect. We happened to also have a wonderful view. We ate at the casual food place in the casino. Parking was in the garage, so our car stayed out of the oppressive heat that day. We even played a bit in the casino.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! All aspects were excellent.

We had a short stay but the hotel was beautiful and we loved the native touches throughout. We even broke even on the casino floor! Great experience!
