Location is great, close to major attractions. The staff is amazing, they’ll go out of their way to help and make your stay comfortable. Breakfast is very good, and they have a great cappuccino! Service at breakfast is impeccable. We checked in very late but they were great at keeping in touch and make sure they’re ready for us. Some of the walls in our room could use a refresher. The windows are not doing much at blocking the outside noise. It’s an older building so I guess it is what it is.

Loved the area.. more local feel. Close places to eat that were good. Lack of amenities such as a blow dryer and iron in the room. You could ask for one, but it took a while to get it.

Great location and nice breakfast. Comfortable bed and the staff was amazing. Rosanna the front desk lady helped us with everything. She was a fountain of knowledge and is an asset to that establishment.

We were a three-generation family of seven. The two rooms were perfect for us. The breakfast was substantial, the staff were great. Our host made reservations every evening in wonderful local restaurants and helped us in so many ways. The rooftop garden was a lovely place to relax with a drink. We hope to return some day! I can’t think of a single thing that would improve our stay.

The room was cosy with comfortable beds. We had a good night's sleep every night. Could be a little noisy but close the windows, then it is fine. The location was excellent being close to Trevi fountain and the Colosseum. The staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was sumptuous and satisfying. Will return to this hotel. Nothing really

Location The sewer smell in our room was so bad we had to move into another room. The rooms are not quiet at night wirh the street noise if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast was plain.

The location. It is close to everything and in our favorite neighborhood in Rome. This is tough, we really wanted to like this location as we visit a friend’s restaurant in the neighborhood twice a year and want a good place we can stay. Our arrival was the first issue. The door of the hotel was locked and people were waiting outside. We joined them and asked what was happening and they didn’t know. About five minutes of calling and texting a woman walks up and said she had to go to another building and unlocked the door. I believe her name was Rosanna. She didn’t care that we’d just arrived from our flight and that it was cold she just mentioned she had to go back and forth. She checked us in and talked over us as she asked if we’d been to Rome before and did we want a map? We said multiple times that we’d been to Rome frequently but she still showed us all the things on the map. We asked if we could go to the room and she walked us up to the Beethoven room. It was a little disappointing but seemed clean. The bathroom is small and dark. No drawers or storage and the shower is very narrow. The closet storage is limited but works if you are staying a short time. We stayed a week so it was tough. The biggest issue was the bed. Not only is it extremely hard but lumpy. The woman said we had to leave the keys with her when we leave. We asked if she would be at the desk and she waved our concerns away and took our keys. We went out for a walk and came back about 45 minutes later. Again, the door locked. No one around. We waited 9 minutes outside before she came back again. This time she argued with us about how long we waited and didn’t give us our key right away. From that point on we kept the key. The lovely woman that we spoke to about these issues did get a bed topper for the bed that helped a little but it was still one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve stayed in. The breakfast also wasn’t what I expected. It wasn’t terrible it was as just simple with no choices.

Super cute and great location. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the colosseum.

Excellent location, close to the Colosseum, Trevi fountain the Spanish steps, all within walking distance also a number of excellent restaurants, all very walkable.

The location was very centalized. Walkable to all historical landmarks. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was available early in order to head out on our adventures. Having an elevator was a plus, but there Having an elevator was a plus, but it was very small, and there were still stairs to access rooms.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days. I have been abroad many times and I have never received such service as it was here. The staff, the cleanliness, the area are perfect, close to all the exciting places and you can walk to them. If I return to Rome, I will stay at this hotel again.

  • Engine customer Aug 2025

From what I understand the hotel has two buildings, one old and one new. In the old one where we stayed, the air conditioning was very old and noisy and occasionally emitted steam. I was afraid to leave it on overnight, plus it couldn't handle it. For a day and a half we didn't have hot water, but then they solved the problem. Very poor breakfast.

  • Engine customer Aug 2025

The staff was amazing and very kind and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was the same every morning and the bed sheets had some small stains although they were clean.
