Central location, clean, quiet, comfortable, welcoming and helpful staff

Located right on Viale di Trastevere the buses and trains run right in front of the hotel as do taxis. This gave me lots pf transportation options, including walking to all the “must see” sites. Add to the fact that the owner made sure my nearly midnight check in worked out well and he had to hold my hand a bit while I mastered the various codes and keys. The kettle in the communal kitchen made morning tea easy. There is some street noise which I hardly noticed by the third night.

It was walking distance from the Trastevere Stazione. And the tram stop is on the same street. I liked how I was ringing the door and waiting for 30 mins to check in while it was cold and waiting outside. Not really. In the top 3 worst customers service from the hundreds of places I’ve stayed. Extra bad communication. I was unable to check in because there was NOBODY at the building even though they knew my arrival time which by the way was at a reasonable time not in the middle of the night or anything. They cared to msgd me on WhatsApp about collecting the taxes but not to tell me they wouldn’t provide me with codes to access my room. I figured I would pay in person and that’s that. Turns out, they were there and I had to drag my Luggage to a place where to store it until I could find WiFi and check my WhatsApp. They still got an attitude as if they bothered to be clear and timely with their responses. For the room, it was overall spacious but it had a smell of cigarettes and the bathroom itself it smelled like sewage. Like the pipes need some filter I don’t know.

The location, only 5mins walk form Trastevere main station. Reasonable price, but don’t expect much ! Unfortunately every thing else. Very bad communication, texted them via Whatsapp (as they always request) & via Booking but without any response for 2 days! Although they see the messages! Till few hours before arrival I didn’t know how we will get in the room because there is no one in the reception after 3pm! (Thats not written on Booking), till I finally called them via WhatsApp. They lack good manners in communication. The room is old & a lot of broken items, like the toilet seat, the handle of the bathroom door .. My wife was trapped inside for few minutes before knowing how to get out ! , even the keylocker outside to get your key, I spent almost 10 minutes to open it as its was stacked & even injured my finger. This an experience that for sure will never be repeated.

Good bed, clean, great location: 30 min from airport by train (direct), buses nearby to go around. Basic and simple place but not expensive too. Very good value for money.

The staff is terrible, I when there and they didn't honored the reservation even though I had a confirmed reservation through booking. They tried getting more money from through the phone before I arrived there, but talk to booking and they told me they had resolved the issue. However when I got there at 10:45 pm there was was no one to open there door. This place is not hotel the people I talk on the phone were rude. I was out on the street at 11pm with no where to go. This place doesn't cares about travelers it is the absolute worst experience I have had on all my traveling experience. I didn't like anything about this place I was left on the street and they didn't even open the door and they were rude on the phone. Terrible service.

Very good communication with the hosts and it was easy to access the apartment, even arriving at night. This a good place for short stays, although the small details can start to be annoying. Located very close to the tram line, which makes it much more accessible. The space was indeed small and could use some renovations e.g. the bathroom door was very hard to open and close (hit my leg a couple of times as it opens smoothly and then abruptly stops mid way through the motion, the fixes applied to the hinges were mostly paper and tape). No desk/surface space to place anything, no place to hang a coat, no place in the bathroom for shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, towels, etc. Small but annoying details. The cleanliness was also not great (a bit of dust).

Very nice room decoration. Nice shower. Clean. Bus station in the front of hotel. Quite place at night.

The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of one district (Trastevere) train station, with direct connections to the airport. The rooms are quite spacious and bright. The rooms facing the main street (Viale Trastevere) can be noisy in the early morning due to traffic and the tramway.

Our room was ready before 12 am It is very noisy. You can hear cars from the Street and also other guest when they Enter their rooms. If guest are noisy in their rooms You can also hear that.

it’s difficult to connect with them

Close to the bus stop (20mins to Colosseum) and Roma Trastevere train station (trains to Fiumicino Airport). A lot of pizzerias, cafes around. Conad, Elite supermarceto. Room was nice but you don't spend much time in it when you're in Rome. TV is not working properly (problem with TV signal).
