Very clean and nice! Air conditioner worked great!! Confusing at first to get there but easy once you find it

Excellent location, clean, and just a few blocks from the Vatican. It also has a great old-fashioned elevator. Loved that! All was good.

The house keeper was nice kept the room fresh and clean daily . In walking distance to all the tourists sites. This BB email me in English for weeks before arriving., when the flight arrives suddenly no one speaks English. It was very difficult to receive the keys had to wait hours. While waiting for the keys the was a maintenance guy that worked at the building who kept yelling and screaming for waiting for the staff to bring the key . I recommend spending more money and staying in a more positive environment. The staff had very negative energy. Wish I would have chosen any other place could someone from Booking. The breakfast was simple but delicious! This was a great accommodation for our group.

Location that it is a walking distance to the Vatican, the bus stops, and the train station. It is also situated in a quiet area so it feels safe to walk in the night (not too late though). And they also offer unlimited use of bottles of drinking water. They have coffee (espresso) and tea in the room. The toilet bowl was not cleaned properly when we got in. Not much of an issue though. The room was a bit pricey compared to the areas in Esquilino and Rione Monti.

Appreciated that it was confirmed on a very short notice. Expected to have a bit more space and some more kitchen stuff available. Wanted to cook our own meals, but unfortunatelly there were no pans avaolable, so not much use of the kitchen was possible and had to leave our eggs in the fridge. Maybe smth to add for the next visitors.

Spacious room, good air circulation, great bathroom, thoughtful amenities including espresso machine, daily water bottles, and a very useful assortment of toiletries! GREAT value! Enjoyed my stay very much. Nothing significant to report. I guess one night was noisy with a very late check-in and another guest being loud when they came back to rest.

Good location, close to the center. About 20 minutes walk to the center, 10 minutes to the subway. The room was clean. We lacked a kitchen. You can not cook on an electric stove. Just heat something up in the microwave. It is inconvenient if you travel with children. The towels were not changed.

Very simple check in and check out. We were even able to check in by 11 am which was very convenient! Had everything we needed. Apon arrival the gentleman who I assume owns the building was not pleased that we entered the property without the B and B staff, and would not let us explain what we were doing there.

Great location near the Vatican. Nice old building. Breakfast was good, adding eggs to it would make it better There are mold in the bathroom and under the windows in the room

The room size and location I didn’t Like moving rooms mid way through our stay and the second room stinking of smoke

Good location (close to Vatican City and metro, restaurants, shops, bars nearby). Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms, fast WiFi. Breakfast in a local bar 5 minutes from the building (coffee, juice + cornetto). Possible to leave luggage for few hours.

Superb

Fun experience to stay in an "apartment" like the locals. Friendly Staff. Excellent value. Clean room. Quiet. Water pressure in bathroom was amazing. I felt the price was very fair knowing I was not staying at the Ritz Carlton. I knew what I was getting location wise as I wanted to stay close to my sons apartment 3 blocks away but this location is about a mile from the Vatican and pretty far from the rest of the historical sites in Rome. I thoroughly enjoyed my 8 night stay and the food and site seeing in Rome were incredible. Never walked so much each day in my life!
