Reception staff was very helpful in a number of ways. Breakfast offered fresh and tasty food. Location is close to central Rome train station and yet neighborhood felt safe. Internet was generally reliable. Bed firm, yet comfortable for me. No changing this, but your room may be small.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They helped me without turning down any requests. The room was quite old. The old-style central cooling system is used for cooling, which could not be adjusted. There was no kettle for heating water or slippers for the bath, which was a nuance I did not like. They only brought them after I asked for them.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very clean and functional and great location. All very good. I think I would have liked a kettle to make tea but it wasn’t a necessity and so not an issue more if I’d had that it would have been a 10. Also booked a triple room for 3 women so the double bed had it been separated would have been helpful but I was happy enough and chose not to ask.
