Second time staying here Great access to and close to metro and supermarkets Breakfast is always amazing and so filling with different options. Would have been nice if they offered some tea and coffee in the hotel room as when we got in was really early asked for a kettle for some tea. But we just got a kettle haha So apart from that. Just to make a cup of tea when u can would have been nice :)

The room was supposed to be with a crib, and was not Tthe shower exploded and we could not shower at all We asked for a compensation about the poor Service and inconvenience but I've got a solid NO WAY (i was there with my wife and 2 years old daughter)

I loved the balcony and the coffee machine Toothbrushes weren’t there n they had like shower gel shampoo 2 in 1 type of thing (it would have been great if it was separated as the purposes of them are separated also) and it would’ve been great if the charging point was near the bedside table.

Quit good breakfast for Italy (continental, vegetables etc.). Swimming pool which is good also for kids. Parking place for car. Territory around hotel is quit dirty.

Star level did not match hotel. Room dated. Yellow stain in ceiling. Furniture worn. TV old, no closed caption viewing language menu. Bathroom shower head broken, kept falling down. 2 oz disposable cups for coffee and dirty coffee marker.

It’s close to the metro station and the nights were quite When we arrived, the key card to our room didn’t work. It took them about 30 minutes to give us an actual key to the room. After a long travel I did not appreciate that
