Very friendly owners and exceptional clean accomodation

We definitely like the independence while in the property. Marianna, our host, will make you feel you own the place but when you need her for anything, she responds and provides help. Not that it matters because the property only has a couple of guests in any given time but the bathroom is outside the bedroom. Although you will have exclusive use of the bathroom facility and no other people can use it.

The host is great and provided a good breakfast, and good information regarding restaurants. The property is clean, and close to the Vatican and trains. A great value.

Amazing small pension run by two sisters. Centrally located, 5 min from Cipro Metro and just 10 min to the Vatican. Very hospitable greeting and treatment by the staff. Nice with a small garden patio connected to the room. Amazing breakfast served to the room on a small trolley! Cold floors, don’t forget slippers. A chair and table on the patio would have been nice.

The whole place was super clean, the owners were great, very polite and welcoming. The breakfast was tasty and always fresh. The mattress was very comfortable! In general the area was nice with caffès and restaurants around and the metro nearby. Definitely to visit again!

Breakfast was great and was served outdoors, in a peaceful and secluded backyard. The owners were very helpful. Room and bathroom were immaculate. I don't have negative comments.

Marianna and her sister are great hosts! Marianna gave us recommendations for food and drink in area. Very welcoming and nice. The breakfast was good, served in the garden terrace. Everything was clean. The location is very close to the Vatican.

Mariana and her sister were so sweet about ensuring that we had what we needed. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. They gave us wonderful moka-made coffee and warm croissants, as well as hot milk, fruit, juice, deli meat, cheese, yogurt, bread and rusks, all served with such kindness and generosity and served in a nice private terrace. It was a nice place to have as a home base in our four nights in Rome. The place was also impeccably clean and they tended our room daily as well as cleaned the bathroom. The location is great: only a 6min walk from the Cipro metro station and with buses passing in front. Also, Bonci Pizzarium is only an 8min walk away. Nothing.

Breakfast was quite a delight eaten in the garden and tasted quite good. The rooms were nice and spacious and clean. They were also flexible with check in time as our flight arrived in very late into the night. Very kind hosts and would be happy to stay here again.

Really sweet owners, great breakfast, decent neighborhood a 15 min walk from old town, hard beds, very clean.

Everything: The location is near the Cipro station of the Metro A, which connects you pretty much with everything. The breakfast is excellent and abundant - It’s a great option to have a good meal at the beginning of the day so that you can keep going and have lighter meals during the day. And the attention of the hosts is impecable - I’ve only been gone for 1 day and I already wamt to go back.

The owners (both sisters) were so kind. Everything was clean, and breakfast was great. The neighborhood is really safe and it is 10 minutes walking from Vatican. 10/10 from us!

Nice breakfast in nice and quiet patio. Clean room with fridge and tea set Walking distance from Vatican, 3min to metro Cerpo. Nothing.
